Luxury has a sound. Luxury isn’t technically a voiceover genre — but it should be. It’s a feeling, a tone, an experience that deserves the right voice to bring it to life. After years in the making, I’m excited to share some of my new voiceover demo spots that capture that “luxury” essence.

🧠❤️ Grateful today for brain love.
Here are my Top 5 reasons I don’t stress — and proof that peace shows up on your body:

1️⃣ I gave birth; it it left me with a dimple on my belly button, but zero stretch marks from childbirth. My body did something miraculous and left me unmarked.

2️⃣ I have zero gray hairs on my hair. Stress ages you — calm preserves you.

3️⃣ My legs are strong and elastic. Movement is medicine, and I stay active every single day.

4️⃣ At 41, my breasts are still perky — they rise and greet me in the mirror every morning. 😄 That’s a vibe.

5️⃣ I am aging *younger*. My skin is more supple now than it was in my 20s. Naturally tanned, naturally glowing — I rarely wear makeup, even on a date.

Then there is the biblical reason: “Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

As a businesswoman and a mom running a full life, I’ve learned something powerful — when you train your mind to stop overreacting, your whole body follows.

The amygdala (that tiny part of your brain that screams ‘DANGER!’ at everything) can be retrained. And when it is? Life gets *lighter.* The secret? I eliminated gluten and dairy, I move my body daily, and I celebrate my natural beauty without apology.

When you stop fighting-or-flighting over everything that doesn’t deserve your energy, your body *remembers* what peace feels like.

Happy Father’s Day! 💛🇭🇳✊🏾 Two cultures. One heart.” Two cultures raised me. One woman held it all together.

This Father’s Day, I’m honoring my Mom, who carried us with both hands — and giving thanks for my Honduran father, who may be gone but is never forgotten.

I salute Honduras 🇭🇳 — the land where my father was laid to rest and where part of my story began.

I am proud to be half Honduran, half African-American.

My father — a man I love and miss deeply — was deported and killed in Honduras while I was in high school. I was born in America, but my father wasn’t; I haven’t seen him since he was deported to Honduras. He didn’t raise me. But every time I look in the mirror, I see him. My curls. My skin. My beauty. His legacy. It was because of my mother’s unshakeable devotion, and my father’s letter of HOPE to me, my siblings and I never stopped believing we could succeed.

She is everything. Mommy and Daddy. Teacher and cheerleader. She pours love into us when she has every reason to be broken. She worked 2-3 jobs to keep the bills paid and get me through private school, where I graduated from two prestigious schools: Beaver Country Day and Goucher College. Thanks Mom for everything! You are my prize; I quite literally could not have asked for a better Mother and Father, and I love you both with every inch of me. 💕

Her example is why I wake up every day committed to being the best mother I can be to my son, Ayden. And if my prayers are answered (🤫 I want more children!) because I am so grateful to be able to nurture and love on my kid, and future kids.

I made the video in this post myself — wrote it, filmed it, produced it and edited it. It’s a small testimony for how I work as a voiceover professional, while raising a child. It captures a moment between me and my baby…These moments are what mean the world to me.

Happy JuneTeeth! Thanks for your support of my content, which I have personally taken the time to write. Today’s gratitude on 6/19/2026 is a testimony of humility, humanity and imperfection. As I stated in a previous post, I am 100% human, which means I am imperfect. In honor of Juneteenth, this is a post about freedom, and love in a moment of necessary reflection. We have all experienced our own unique challenges, mine no greater than yours. What you’ve been through, and have had to overcome has meaning, worth and is important to acknowledge, but more importantly, you and I (we) are beholden to find the goodness in the obstacles we face even when it’s hard to see past the temporary difficulty.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but I can testify: in spite of the challenge, the divorce, the financial changes, the hurt, the rejection, the acceptance, the persecution, the redemption, the loss, the wins, the LOVE, etc., I am grateful for all my experiences, and for having FAITH. I look up! ⬆️ For I am no longer enslaved. For this is who I am: “Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen.” Hebrews 11:1 . Faith has carried me, and always WINS.

Recent updates in my life: I found a new church. Thank you to Riverside church for loving on me, and welcoming me with open arms. Thank you to my son Ayden for graduating from pre-k, for applying himself, and for his pliable attention and willingness to be 1) both homeschooled and 2) receive a formal pre-k education 2-3xs/week.

In reflection, it is my greatest honor to have conquered the seemingly impossible in so many facets of my life, while remaining steadfast and focused. I started my voiceover business, Voiceover Inspires Entertainment ™ with limited income (only a credit card), but I poured LOVE into it because love was the one characteristic, for free, that I had a lot to give. In spite of all that I’ve been through, I am grateful for you, my voiceover community, family and friends. I have so much to be grateful for! Thanks for reading, and for watching my content. Gratitude Day 12: I am grateful for training opportunities. I ❣️ them. For the next 5 days, I will be in a 6+ hours daily marketing training. Busy, busy. Gratitude day 10: I am thankful for the beauty of imperfection. Voiceover is not perfection; it requires dedication, commitment and focus. Agility! I started my voiceover journey when I was a stay at home mom, and after being denied a breastfeeding accommodation from my then employer. My goal when I post and share elements of my life is never perfection, but instead my goal is to always be human, to always “show up,” and to be vulnerable. My goal is to always be human. When you hire me, know that I am HUMAN! I show up as authentically ME and consistent with the needs of the project I am asked to portray and/or voice. Gratitude Day 7: LOVE ON YOURSELF! I am grateful for learning how to love myself. My voiceover journey has taught, and given me permission to be human, to laugh, to be imperfect, yet refined, to feel pain, love, acceptance, rejection, but more importantly to find self-worth. I had to learn: “Stop waiting for a man (or a woman) to love you. INSTEAD: Love on Yourself without regret.” Debunking a myth: You do not need anyone to achieve pleasure. Give yourself permission to stop waiting for the “perfect moment.” I used to wait . That’s how I know there are women waiting for that perfect person to help them reach the perfect experience.
