It's finally here! The new website is finally up! 🎉

It's taken more time than expected, and a few inspected twists and turns, but printedbyray.ca is now fully functional and ready to serve you 😃

A huge thanks to Matt from Unpixel8 for his patience and professionalism in helping me to build the site from scratch.

Though the site is ready for business, it's still far from complete. In the next phase I plan to add highlights from some unique projects I've worked on, including details of my process that will hopefully inspire your next project.

I also plan to add a regularly updated knowledge database, where I will share articles about laser cutting, sign making, design, and many other topics. My hope is that this website, and myself, will be your go-to resource for this specialized knowledge.

For now, it would be a HUGE favour to me if you can help me with one or all of the following 🙏:

- visit the site and provide any feedback, good or bad
- share it with a friend who might need my services
- share something you would be curious to learn about, regarding the work I do

Looking forward to hearing from all of you! by @printedbyray

Custom designs to match your style. Whether you’re looking for rustic, glam, or something else entirely, I can tailor the design to fit your theme!

It’s not just about fonts and layouts. Colours, material choice, and textures all play an important part in the look and feel for your event. I will work closely with you to choose the best elements, and bring them together cohesively, from signs to table numbers to party favours, and more!

Interested in seeing how I can help? Come visit me on Feb. 25 at The Orchard Gleneagles Wedding Showcase from 1:30-4:00pm. I’ll be there alongside a number of other wedding and event vendors, so you won’t want to miss it! Admission is free, but capacity is limited, so please RSVP @the.orchard.gleneagles.

Thank you to @asteria.films and @tarynstare for the wonderful photos.

Don’t leave your guests directionless and confused! A simple sign is the best way to quickly communicate where to go, when they should be there, or just to let them know they’re at the right event!

My signs are available in a range of different materials, and can be customized to the shape and style of your choice.

Too many options? Don’t worry, I will help guide you through every step of the process, from the initial concept through to the finished sign. You can even ask me about how to organize guests on a seating chart, or how to add Chinese writing to your design ㊗

Come visit me at the @engagedvancouver Wedding Show this Sunday, at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver; have a chat, ask me some questions, and let’s see what we can make together.

Thank you to @asteriafilms and @noyocreativeweddings for their wonderful photos.

You’re already dressed to the nines, so why not grab a couple of friends to capture the moment? Or go solo and let out your main character energy 😉

Selfie mirrors quickly became one of my most requested items recently, and it’s easy to see why. You can use them as fun displays, add a custom message to your guests, or even make it into an elegant seating chart; use it and style it however you want!

New for this year, I will be offering selfie mirrors for rental. I will even help you make the design and apply the graphics!

If you’d like to see it for yourself, I will have one on display at the @engagedvancouver Wedding Show this Sunday at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver. Come by to have a chat and see what else I can do for you.

And thank you to @asteriafilms and @tarynstare for taking some of these wonderful photos.

Often at wedding shows, the vendors and exhibits are mainly designed to appeal to the brides; gowns, jewelry, skin care, hair and make-up, even foods and drinks. And the grooms? They’re usually just along for the ride.

Well, I’m here to change that!

I have designed a line of accessories specifically for grooms, groomsmen, and anyone else who would like to dress up their dress shirt and suit!

From tie clips, cufflinks, and lapel pins that show off your unique style, to drink flasks and gift boxes for the bridal party. Each piece is designed and handcrafted by me, and can be personalized to tell your unique story.

Come see how I can help level up your style at the @engagedvancouver Wedding Show on Jan. 25, 2026 at the Pipe Shop in North Van. I invite you to come have a chat and see my work for yourself. And I have few items that might interest the brides out there too!

Tickets are on sale now, visit www.engagedvancouver.com for more info.

Hello, I’m Ray, the designer, production specialist, delivery guy, and janitor at Printed by Ray.

I first got the idea for this company while working at a print shop. Many customers, especially artists, were producing beautiful digital artwork and designs, but they didn’t know how to get it printed properly. And on the other side, many printers were not giving these artists, and their work, the care they deserve.

I realized I was in a unique position: educated as a graphic designer, and trained as a print and sign maker, I could help artists bring their digital creations into the real world. This later expanded into designing and producing men’s accessories, table décor, and wedding signage.

And here I am now, still helping people translate their ideas into beautiful creations and unique, physical products. So, what can I help you create?

A huge thank you to @luxocapture for the photo!

And if you’d like to meet me in person, I will be at the @engagedvancouver Wedding Show on Jan. 25, 2026 at the Pipe Shop in North Van. Come by to have a chat, see some of my work for yourself, and check out a room full of other amazing wedding vendors!
