Back showing love again to @pris_birria 🌮🔥

Last time I introduced you guys to this small home-based family business and the support on that video was amazing. He’s continuing the recipes and techniques his dad taught him, and it’s clear why the neighborhood keeps coming back.

On my first visit we tried the loaded birria fries, birria ramen, birria plate, and horchata and you guys really showed them love.

This time we had to come back for the viral Hot Cheeto Birria Balls 🔥

Crispy Hot Cheeto crust on the outside, filled with birria rice, melty cheese, even more cheese, and served with a smoky chipotle dipping sauce.

Also tried the Birria Esquite 🌽 — street corn loaded with juicy, flavorful birria that takes it to another level

📍 @pris_birria — Orange 🌮🔥

Family owned and full of heart. I got to speak with Pri, the head chef, who shared that his dad taught him the recipes and passed them down so he could build this business for his own family. You can taste that legacy in every single bite. Hands down some of the best birria I’ve had in a while — better quality than most restaurants I’ve been to🤤

What I tried:
🔥 Birria plate with rice and beans: the handmade tortillas make ALL the difference. You can taste the freshness, the quality, and the love put into it.
🔥 Birria ramen: was next level comforting — thick, satiating noodles soaked in rich consommé that carries that deep, slow-cooked birria flavor in every spoonful.
🔥 Birria fries? PACKED. Easily feeds multiple people and loaded heavy with tender meat. Every bite was flavorful and fully satisfying.
🔥Horchata — creamy, sweet, refreshing, hints of cinnamon and sugar, poured over ice. The perfect balance to all that savory goodness.

They also serve empanadas, tacos, sliders, burritos, quesabirria, and canned drinks!

If you’re a real birria lover, this spot deserves a visit✨
