There’s a story behind this photo.

Of a girl who got all inside her head.
A girl who seems fearless, exudes confidence, seems like nothing can stop her.

But when in the presence of those she perceives greater than herself, gets SO shook.

Being part of the inner circle alongside @m5v_developments and @m2m.inc I was privileged, dare I say blessed, to experience excellence last weekend with an intimate experience with @earnyourleisure in our City. I was in awe witnessing the MASTERY that is the EYL marketing machine, and hoping for an opportunity to chat with them on camera myself.

They were shooting their podcast. There was a break between takes, @djpplus looked back at me and gave me a 👍🏾

The voices inside my head almost stopped me. I FROZE. I even tried to talked myself out of it, “but your make-up isn’t done”,” but your hair isn’t right”.

I had to silence all that fear and it took every cell in my body to get up, put one foot in front of the other, get on the couch, and shoot my shot.

And guess what?
10 seconds into our conversation, everything eased. Conversation flowed, and for the first time in a long time, I was actually proud of myself.

A lot of you have opportunities in front of you, but you get inside your head.

The ONLY way to overcome fear is to move through it.

There's a strategy most 🇨🇦 property owners don't know about.

Most families have the same plan. The house gets to be too much, they sell it, take the cheque, and downsize.
But there's a program and if you own a detached lot you can turn the house into a cash flowing asset, and access the financing to do it. Terms you cannot get on a normal investment mortgage.

It's not complicated.

Your first $5000 launches you into your first piece of real estate.
