We still see brutality and injustice happening Today. Although it may not affect you personally you can encounter 🧊 sighting and I need you and me to stop our busy lives to melt the 🧊. See something? Record it. Blast it on media. Alert your community of sightings. Rally. Make signs. Call elected officials. If you have the $ donate or help your undocumented family members or friends during these times. This is not nearly over..imagine what we don’t see—what we aren’t allowed to see.

Thinking about how recent the civil rights movement was… thinking about the militarization of ICE and how I literally was let go of a job at Nike due to the dismantling of DEI and the violation of my 1st amendment right in August—it becomes so clear to me more than ever that the world, America, especially my generation needs to come together to long story short—fix all this unjust horseshit happening in this mf. Bc somewhere between the “end” of the civil rights movement and now y’all f’d up (the older generations). Sorry not sorry but sorry for my language—but I’m fed up with it. The whole system—all of it. All I ask of God is to use me as a vessel like Martin (and so many others not named in this post) to create change in the small and big ways I can. —and I know I call myself a Christian and I try to be nonviolent but this is exactly how I needed to say this. Maybe one day I can be as reverent and eloquently spoken like Martin—until then I’m just Priscilla and this is my reflection on MLK Day 2026.
