What a way to start 2025... ✨ I'm in @sephorauk stores, eeeek! 🤩 This is a crazy dream come true. I'm so delighted to be part of the Sephora UK New Year campaign. There's so much more to share with you, but I'm still in shock and lost for words that this dream became a reality late last year. 🥰 by @prisha_bathia
If you asked me 10 years ago to post a picture like this, I’d have said no. I only posted pictures of half my face (if you remember from my old account!) because I was embarrassed. I felt ashamed, as growing up I couldn’t see anyone with a birthmark or a visible difference represented in fashion, beauty and the wider media. Fast forward to now, 10 years later, I’m lucky enough to be part of an inclusive talent agency @zebedeetalent to partner with brands to tackle the underrepresentation in the advertising and media industry. We want to feel part of society, not excluded and I’m excited to continue this journey 🌟 To anyone who is feeling like how I did, be proud of who you are ❤️ Photographer: @rikhil.lakhani by @prisha_bathia
A huge personal goal achieved ☑️🎉 Growing up reading magazines and being on social media I felt so alone because I couldn’t relate to anyone. There were very limited discussions around visible differences and chronic illnesses which is why I started to film videos in my bedroom. 11 year old me always dreamt of seeing someone with a visible difference and today I’m so proud to say that I featured in a magazine. I featured in this weeks @fabulousmag magazine sharing my journey being in hospital and living with my visible difference. I also mentioned how I use my visible difference to help others and how it lead me to my career. Opportunities like this make me feel so grateful that I can raise awareness! Genuinely one of my biggest dreams comes true 😭🥰 Swipe to read ➡️☺️ by @prisha_bathia
come get ready with me for the @lorealparis Diwali Event 🤍 In the past, I would’ve angled away to hide my birthmark or edited out parts of myself I felt insecure about (like my lips or eyes). But for this event, I wanted to show up 100% as me. Every single bit of it is what makes me, me. Everyone with a visible difference deserves to take up space in the beauty space and feel celebrated. Loved this look so much @BEAUTYWITHARANPREET 💄 ❤️ Products used: @hudabeauty @charlottetilbury @maccosmeticsuki @weledauk @got2b #realskintexture #realskin #fullcoverage #makeupartist #browngirl by @prisha_bathia
Because we truly are all worth it ✨🪔 @lorealparis Growing up without seeing skin like mine in these spaces makes you question your own worth without even realising it. When @nikazaasiancouture reached out to partner on an outfit for Diwali, I honestly couldn’t believe it. Let’s face it, there’s still such a huge lack of representation in the South Asian fashion industry, and birthmarks or skin like mine are rarely normalised. Deep down, I just didn't feel worthy of a fashion brand wanting to collaborate with me, or worthy of getting all glammed up with stunning jewelry. (And yes, forever the girl wearing her glasses with full glam because my eyes simply refuse to make contacts work 😂) For a long time, I let those quiet doubts convince me that spaces like this weren't meant for people who look like me. In the visible difference community, so many of us struggle to feel confident or take up space in a crowded room. But slipping into this outfit, getting glammed up, and being surrounded by so much warmth totally shifted something in me. We ALL deserve to feel special. We ALL deserve to step into a room and know we belong there. L’Oréal Paris built a legacy on 'Because you're worth it,' but being there, I truly felt the weight of those words in my heart. I’m so endlessly grateful to L'Oréal Paris for reminding me and all of us that we are worthy of being celebrated. Came home from the event with a dose of extra self love 🤍 #browngirl #realskin #desigirl #diwalievent #beauty by @prisha_bathia
A first for everything! 💙 Never worn a saree before, but I think I’m officially hooked. The pre-draped ruffles and corset blouse made it so effortless (and easy) to wear! I’m SOO obsessed with this outfit from @nikazaasiancouture!! @lorealparis Diwali Party 🎇🪔✨ Makeup: @beautywitharanpreet Jewellery: @reddotjewels Photography: @charlottewisephotography #desigirl #browngirl #diwaliparty #diwalievent #beauty by @prisha_bathia

Honestly, I forgot what it felt like to just... breathe. 🤎 After a really hectic few months, this Diwali event by @weareunearthed (founded by @tiwariyoga ) x @lululemon was the ultimate reset. It was pure magic, but the highlight was watching Angie lead the space. Getting to just sit back, breathe, and be guided through a breathwork session by her was exactly what I needed. Listening to Angie speak about the true roots of yoga was truly powerful. As Lululemon’s South Asian flagship ambassador, a hardworking mumma, and one of the kindest humans, seeing her represent our community is just so powerful. She leads with so much grace, vulnerability, and genuine heart. So incredibly proud of you Angie, and grateful for the beautiful energy shared today ✨🙏🏽 Jewellery: @reddotjewels Photography: @harakaur_photography #realskin #diwalievent #birthmark #desigirl #london by @prisha_bathia
Became a scientist for the day in Paris @lorealgroupe 👩🏽‍🔬🥼 Stepped into the L’Oréal labs to see how the magic happens from 3D Episkin testing, lipstick formulation, and serious packaging 👀 10/10 experience, though the lab coat did trigger some slight A-Level Bio trauma #loréal #skin #beauty #hair #browngirl by @prisha_bathia
