My heart is so full.

Yesterday, a group of incredible women came together to slow down, reconnect, move their bodies, learn, reflect, laugh, and simply be present.

What started as an idea became a room full of community, vulnerability, wellness, and genuine connection. Watching women who arrived as strangers leave exchanging numbers, sharing stories, and supporting one another was everything I hoped this experience would be.

Thank you to every woman who trusted me with your time, energy, and presence. Thank you for showing up for yourselves. Thank you for embracing the wellness stations, the conversations, the movement, the brunch, and the beautiful spirit of the day.

A special thank you to our therapist, vendors, volunteers, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life. This event would not have been possible without you.

Prism Juice Bar was built with the intention of creating spaces where women can heal, connect, and pour back into themselves—and yesterday was a beautiful reminder of why that matters.

This is only the beginning. ✨

In today’s world, being intentional about what we put into our bodies is more important than ever. At Prism Juice Bar, we don’t just cold-press juice, we stay informed. We pay attention to food safety updates, FDA recalls, and what’s happening throughout our food system because the quality of what goes into our bottles matters.
That’s why we prioritize sourcing from local farmers and farmers markets whenever possible. Building relationships with local growers allows us to ask questions, learn how produce is grown, support our local economy, and bring you ingredients that are as fresh as possible. Our commitment has always been bigger than juice. It’s about transparency, education, and giving our community products we feel good about serving our own families.

Prism Juice Bar is partnering with a local women’s shelter to collect essential items for women rebuilding their lives.
Something as simple as a box of tampons, a bottle of shampoo, or a fresh towel can restore dignity, provide comfort, and remind a woman that she is seen and supported.

We’re calling on our entire community… friends, families, and especially our fellow small business owners, to join us in making a difference. If you’ve ever wanted to give back, this is your opportunity.
