Nobody post the rejections, the empty inbox, or the "we went another direction" emails.

Hard times don't feel like grit in the moment.

But that is exactly what it is, if you keep going!

Remember, the "everything is going your way" days don't teach you how to keep showing up.

It's the empty ones that do.

Keep going‼️‼️‼️

August 28th I signed my offer with CROP.

Two weeks later I was driving into Oakland with everything I owned.

I could have built a plan B, but a plan doesn't kill the doubt. It actually give you more time to talk yourself out of it.

So I moved in faith.

One week in, I am still learning Oakland and my new role.

What I do know is who I am becoming by walking towards the unknown instead of around it.

This were growth lives.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in taking this step.

Know... I'll keep representing for those who represent for me.

Some seasons don't come with an explanation.

They just arrive. And you manage your way through.

If today is one of those days, this is for you.

Read it. Save it. Come back to it.

You're still here. That is everything!

Here is what I did with those AI-generated search strings.

Pasted each one separately into the LinkedIn search bar.

Applied a few filters: Posted in the last 24 hours. Remote.

Then saved each as an alert.

Your inbox will start booming!

When a role looks right go to their website and apply. Dont apply on LinkedIn!

This is a system of get in the front of the line.
No fluff. No BS.

Stop applying randomly.

What I did was uploaded an anonymous version of my resume to Claude and gave it a prompt:

"Based on my experience, create Boolean search strings that I can run on LinkedIn, targeting roles I want."

It provide 10 search strings built from my real background in the language hiring manager use.

No generic keyword. No guessing.

Check out Part 2 to see what I did next.

Not every next move starts with action.

Some of them start with sitting still long enough to hear yourself think.

It might not look like work from the outside, but it's the internal works that matters.

No output. No deliverable.
Just you, whatever you have been carrying, and the quiet that forces honesty.

I have learned that the reflection always comes before the clarity...
and the clarity comes before the move.
