What a day, thank you @michelinguide !! by @prithvirestaurant
It's often the smallest details that make the greatest difference. A few carefully placed drops of flavoured oil, the final touch before a dish leaves the pass. Under Tom's watchful eye, every element has its purpose, bringing depth, balance and a final layer of flavour to the plate. #PrithviCheltenham #BehindThePass #FineDining #CulinaryCraftsmanship #CheltenhamRestaurants by @prithvirestaurant
A beautiful balance of colour, flavour and texture. Our Saffron Cured Chalk Stream Trout, Cucumber, Caviar and Buttermilk is a reflection of the creativity and precision that goes into every dish at Prithvi. Thoughtfully composed, with each element bringing something of its own to the plate. #PrithviCheltenham #FineDining #CheltenhamRestaurants #ModernIndianCuisine #SeasonalDining by @prithvirestaurant
Precision in every movement. A moment on the pass, where each element comes together before a dish makes its way to the table. From the placement of the final garnish to the balance of the plate, it's this attention to detail that defines our approach in the kitchen. #PrithviCheltenham #FineDining #BehindThePass #CulinaryCraftsmanship #CheltenhamRestaurants by @prithvirestaurant
A glimpse of what's to come. Behind the scenes, our kitchen team have been exploring new ideas for the dessert menu. Refining flavours, experimenting with textures and making those small adjustments that bring a dish together. Still very much in development, but all part of the creative process at Prithvi. #PrithviCheltenham #BehindTheScenes #FineDining #MenuDevelopment #CheltenhamRestaurants by @prithvirestaurant
A small introduction to what's to come. Bombay Fried Chicken, Kashmiri Chilli, Caviar , one of the opening bites from our current menu. Thoughtfully composed, carefully balanced and designed to set the tone for the courses that follow. The Prithvi experience begins with the smallest details. #PrithviCheltenham #FineDining #CheltenhamRestaurants #TastingMenu #ModernIndianCuisine by @prithvirestaurant
A celebration of the season’s finest. ⁣ Our Raspberry & Coconut Cake, Cardamom Custard brings together delicate flavours, beautiful textures and the freshness of seasonal raspberries, finished with a final pour at the table. ⁣ A little theatre, with every detail considered. ⁣ #PrithviCheltenham #FineDining #CheltenhamRestaurants #SeasonalDining #Dessert by @prithvirestaurant
The Prithvi experience extends beyond the plate. ✨ The light, the textures, the table, the smallest details in the room. Each has been considered to create a setting that feels as thoughtful as the food and hospitality within it. A place to settle in and let the evening unfold. 🥂 ⁣ #prithvi #restaurantinteriors #cheltenham #diningexperience by @prithvirestaurant
Until the very last bite. ✨ Handmade mint chocolates, followed by warm madeleines with our own lemon curd, served alongside coffee to bring the seven-course tasting menu to a close. ☕️ Because the smallest course deserves just as much consideration as the first. #prithvi #tastingmenu #cheltenhamdining #finedining by @prithvirestaurant
Long before the first guest arrives, the evening has already begun. ✨ Roberto preparing the tables ahead of service, with the same care and attention that carries through every part of the Prithvi experience. The details you may not always notice, but we never overlook. 🍽️ #prithvi #hospitality #behindthescenes #cheltenham by @prithvirestaurant
A reflection of the season. 🍂 John Dory, Sauce Makhani, Isle of Wight Tomatoes, Basil, bringing together delicate flavour, texture and the deeper tones of autumn. Now part of our current menu at Prithvi. ✨ #prithvi #seasonalmenu #cheltenhamdining #finedining by @prithvirestaurant
For those who would like to take a little of Prithvi home. 📖✨ Our book is a collection of dishes worth diving into, sharing the inspiration and craft behind the food we have created over the years. A thoughtful gift for someone who loves Prithvi. Or perhaps one to keep for yourself. Available from the restaurant. ⁣ #prithvi #cookbook #cheltenham #foodlovers by @prithvirestaurant
