Alrighty, the last couple weeks have been hard for me to stay consistent in the gym and tracking my food intake. Both Dawson’s schedule and mine have changed where we don’t go to the gym everyday. We’ve worked out a schedule that has worked for both of us. Yesterday, we hit chest and tris and today both of us are feeling worked out. That being said, we all have days where we struggle with the gym, or goals we have for ourselves. If something goes wrong in the gym, or in your life, that’s just a bump in the road on your journey! Your journey never ends. Keep on going and remember small things add up! taken in Utah by @private_daws

I train to bring in all the groceries at once so my mom doesn’t have to (ignore my tongue, I’m not gay. Gym bro just caught me lacking in the pic) by @private_daws
