The rain again forced me inside to the treadmill. Treadmill running is whack and boring but it gets the job done! Now time to handle up on the rest of my day. Happy Friday, have a blessed day and be safe. JESUS is GOD!! 🙌🏾 taken in Arlington, Texas by @privatecitizyn

Due to some MUCH needed rain, I was pushed into the gym today for a nice easy low impact run. Just a lil summin to pump the blood and sweat out some toxins. Happy Thursday world! Remember how blessed you are and speak life!!! JESUS is the Way the Truth and the Life….. #Faith #Fitness #Runner #RunningReverend #JESUS taken in Arlington, Texas by @privatecitizyn

This is the last place and thing I wanted to do today. I pressed my way and forced a low impact treadmill run today. No parts of it was easy, but at least it’s done and I showed up 🙌🏾 #Fitness #Faith #DistanceRunner #RunningReverend #JESUS by @privatecitizyn

Happy Monday world!! 5mi was the goal, 6mi was the completion. I didn’t overdo it too bad yesterday at Sunday dinner but I did have a big hunk of cake 🍰 so hopefully I’ve already burned it off 🫣. Have a blessed and beautiful day. Be sure to give thanks to GOD for who HE is!! 🙌🏾 #JESUS #Faith #Fitness #DistanceRunner #RunningReverend by @privatecitizyn

Had to go with something easy and effortless today because I have my grandson. Babies can tell when you GQ and take every opportunity to spit up on you 😂😂. I don’t care about this suit, so he can spit as much as he wants!! Have a blessed and beautiful day!! #Faith #CasualGrandfather #RunningReverend by @privatecitizyn

I am the very epitome and picture of fatigue and exhaustion, but I couldn’t miss running two days straight. Besides I needed to clear my head. Quick treadmill run 🏃🏾‍♂️ that was very difficult as I wasn’t NOT in the mood. At least it’s done, I feel better and discipline has continued. 😁 Happy Friday everyone, have a safe and wonderful evening. JESUS is King! 👑 by @privatecitizyn

Woke up and got the miles in before work. Now it’s time to pull it together and get ready for the work day!!! Don’t forget that the LORD neither sleeps nor slumbers, HE’s got you. The above scripture was in my spirit as I was running 🏃🏾‍♂️. The Lord is our defense and protection!! Have a beautiful and blessed day. Happy Wednesday!! by @privatecitizyn

Jacked up sleep, hip hurting, knees hurting, ankle hurting, legs sore but I managed to push out a good easy run. 🏃🏾‍♂️ My goal was 6mi but the weather felt so great, I added a lil more. So glad Fall is making its way in. Now it’s time for some ibuprofen, muscle rub and hydration and I’ll be good as new. 😂 Happy Monday!!
Remember JESUS loves you and there’s nothing you can do about it! 🤷🏾‍♂️ #Faith #Fitness #DistanceRunner #RunningReverend by @privatecitizyn
