What's understood doesn't need to be explained! Telling people and coaches you spent your off-season training at Pro E.D.G.E. speaks volumes. The level of training, teaching, and detail that goes into every session is a mental and physical grind that sends our athletes back to their football teams built different. #WhatsYourEdge #FindYourEDGE #TheProEdge by @pro_edge

☆ PRO EDGE NOW HAS THE NEWEST AND MOST STATE OF THE ART TURF ON THE MARKET

■ Our training surface has been tested by college and professional athletes wearing biosensors to record movement and surface interactions. 👍🏾💯👏🏾 The biometric feedback found that Pivot closely mirrors the qualities of natural grass, delivering the feedback, support, give, and grip that athletes need to maximize their performance. 🤸🏾‍♂️💪🏾🔥

■ This is a game changer for our athletes. 💯👏🏾🎉 Let's face it, training in the off-season can be tasking on the body, especially the knees and ankles. 🦵🏾😫😰 Training on carpet like turf is brutal on the body! 😡🤬🤕 Our turf will allow maximum training with low risk of injury or added fatigue. 👍🏾✅💪🏾 by @pro_edge

A dominant run game isn't built on game day, it's built through realistic reps.

Power. Dart. Counter. Different plays, same standard. Down blocks with violence, tight pulls off the double team, and back blocks that create movement.

We're not just teaching schemes. We're building offensive linemen who play with toughness, precision, and grit. This is what football sounds like

Defeat the hands. Defeat the man.

That's the mindset every offensive lineman must understand. Replace your hands, re-strike with leverage, and win the rep with your your feet, separation, and angles.

Coach Mac working with Dallas Cowboys OT on small details. Technique always wins.

The backside of Outside Zone is all about timing and technique.

The covered lineman opens his hips, attacks the angle, stabs the defender's shoulder, and climbs to the linebacker. The uncovered lineman stays tight, trailing the covered man's backside leg to secure the combo block as he gains leverage.

Details matter. That's how great offensive lines are built.

Every drill should transfer to the game.

Our ball carriers are training to accelerate at full speed, attack contact with a strong stiff arm, keep their feet moving, and react instantly to a verbal cue before making a cut. It's about developing vision, body control, and the ability to make plays without slowing down.

Game like reps. Real development.

Pass protection isn't scripted. Neither is this drill

Our offensive linemen are forced to react to a spontaneous chop-spin pass rush, maintaining leverage with their feet, protecting space, and staying in position to finish the rep. The goal isn't to guess the move, it's to trust your technique under pressure. We normally do this before starting live reps vs the DL group.

The better your fundamentals, the better your reaction.

A quick look back at an incredible day. We were honored to serve as the Presenting Sponsor of the Paul Robeson All-Star Football Classic: East vs West Game. Thank you to everyone who made this event special. We're proud to continue investing in opportunities that showcase and support student-athletes. Our founder @coachmac7979 is an alum of this classic football showcase 🏈 #FindYourEDGE by @pro_edge

When defenders throw the chop, we teach the answer. Coach demonstration followed by live reps from our offensive line athletes. Details matter in the trenches. 🏈🔥 #WhatsYourEdge #TheProEdge# by @pro_edge

Not every rep has to be perfect to be productive.

Our athletes are working a full Inside Zone scenario to the PS vs an under front. Offensive linemen are learning their assignments and combo blocks, while defenders are practicing striking, separating, shedding, and finding the football.

Sometimes the best learning happens in live situations. We're not chasing perfect reps, we're building football players.
