In order to see things you’ve never seen you’re gonna have to do things you’ve never done. - (a good friend)

I can’t put words in to accurately describe the range of emotions I felt this summer. I chased the idea that you could for a bulk of the summer. But I think this post can depict that you cant You were never meant to. As I reflect on my trip to Calgary this summer, I think back and see that I missed out on opportunities, I didn’t love my people well, and I could have done better.

However, I allowed my flesh to tell me what could have been instead of letting the Holy Spirit dictate what is and will be. I miss my people, I miss Calgary, but I refuse to let my flesh get in the way of what He is doing in me.

Thank you Jesus for your blood that washes us clean. Thank you for this generation of revival. My prayer is that this starts a ripple effect of a love that is too great, too reckless, too powerful to be quiet about.
