For the first time ever, Halifax will host both men’s and women’s championships simultaneously— the third time in U SPORTS history. Basketball fans can expect double the energy as both the top eight ranked teams from each men’s and women’s leagues battle it out for the W. P. McGee Trophy and Bronze Baby Trophy, respectively.
This year, Dalhousie University is set to host the men’s championship and Acadia University, the women’s. Both teams will receive automatic qualifications to their respective championships.
