I used to think outsourcing was something you did after you hit a certain revenue milestone.

Now I think it’s something you do when a task is consistently draining your time, energy, or momentum.

Case in point… my lasers. 😂

Could I clean them myself? Absolutely.

Do I enjoy it? Not even a little.

Instead, I’d rather spend that time:
✨ Coaching clients
✨ Creating resources
✨ Working on my business
✨ Or simply being with my family

Outsourcing doesn’t have to mean hiring a full-time employee.

Sometimes it’s just finding someone to take one recurring task off your plate.

If you’re wondering where to start, ask yourself this:

What’s one task you procrastinate every single week because you dread doing it?

That’s probably your first clue.

Post-Market Real Talk…

Market is over. I am deep in fulfillment mode over here at Birch House, which I am genuinely grateful for. AND... honestly, I’m also kind of in a funk…?

Like, I spent weeks with a clear plan and a clear goal for Birch House and WEEKS of Market Prep alongside you all for Product Partner… and now that market is behind us, there is this weird in-between feeling.

Add in the end-of-summer chaos, back to school hitting all at once, kids’ schedules flipping upside down, and trying to figure out what fall actually looks like for the business... and I will just say it. I feel a little aimless right now.

Not lost. Just in between.

I have a feeling I am not the only one. So I am just going to ask...
