WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A GUERREIRO OF FLUMINENSE?

These five players discovered exactly what it takes over the summer.

Two weeks fully immersed in the way of the Guerreiro, living at the Xerém Academy headquarters, where many of the world’s great players have been developed from the ground up.

Training Monday through Friday, participating in the academy’s daily activities, and earning opportunities to test their work through competition.

Futebol is also about balance. Away from the field, the players enjoyed some of the unforgettable experiences and culture that Rio had to offer.

An experience that very few players get to embrace so early in their Futebol journey.
