Looking back at one of the major highlights of our summer - a Moulin Rouge party at Cornbury House! 🎪

It’s great to finally share this video, which captures the energy, detail, and creativity that went into the setup and the party itself. We provided full event management, production, and set design - transforming the venue into a truly immersive experience.

✨ What an absolute privilege to be part of @theriddle 🎪 Stage at @wildernesshq earlier this month! As a new addition last year, it was an honour for us to handle the full production - from structural design, lighting, and sound to on-site management.

Every detail was planned in 3D, and seeing the vision come to life on site was pure magic. A huge thank you to the brilliant organisers, @jemima_howden and @wkayll , for trusting us - and to everyone who brought their skills, energy, and good vibes. This simply couldn’t have happened without you all!

A massive shoutout to our fantastic team working tirelessly behind the scenes to make the magic real - your creativity, hard work, and dedication mean everything.

What a project! We’re thrilled to have delivered the “Gallery of Greatness” for the Bitpanda x NFL UK Launch at Unit X, London. This event was a true showcase of creativity, collaboration, and technical precision.

From day one, our team embraced the challenge of planning and visualising the entire experience in 3D - enabling our client to sign off on every detail remotely, without a single site visit before the build. We handled everything, from bespoke set design and scenic builds to AV production and seamless event management, all tailored to the unique constraints of the venue.

A huge thank you to Alexander and Aliona from Bitpanda for putting their trust in us and for their partnership throughout the process. Their vision and collaboration helped us bring this ambitious concept to life, creating an immersive, museum-inspired environment for guests and stakeholders. Also a huge thank you as always to @astor.films for capturing the project and @weareunitx for the stunning venue.

This project is a testament to what’s possible with advanced planning, creative problem-solving, and a passionate team. We’re proud to have delivered a flawless launch event for two incredible brands, and we’re excited for what’s next.

We can't believe over a month has passed since we were at Wilderness Festival! Here's a little snippet from our production at @theriddle.

As always a huge thank you to the whole team for always smashing it and to @jemima_howden for creating such a unique stage at @wildernesshq and for putting the trust in us to design and deliver the production each year 💛.

We are seriously looking forward to future of The Riddle and all the crazy experiences that come with it. by @progressionevents

Alongside delivering the production for @theriddle at Wilderness this year, we also had the pleasure of managing the Howden backstage area at the house. A huge thank you to the whole family for making us feel so welcome.

In this reel, Jo talks through the layout of the area - with the event also featuring some after parties in the chapel (but we can't show you everything 😉)

We handled the full production and management of the space, as well as the technical production, bringing together the dream team of suppliers and collaborators.

Where do we even begin.

Year after year, The Riddle gets better, and this one was something else entirely. It has been an honour to work alongside @jemima_howden on the production of @theriddle at @wildernesshq. Best year yet, and we are already counting down to the next one.

A huge thank you to the whole Howden family for looking after us so well. Special mention to @fifihowden for the introductions and the magic she made happen, and to @dphowden, @talitha.howden and @kitty_howden for being so genuinely warm throughout.

As promised, here's the build ✨

The Taste Cabana started where all our projects start - a 3D concept, refined into photorealistic renders, signed off, and then handed to the brilliant team at Stunning Tents to bring into reality.

A hybrid of solid timber beams and a steel archway, designed to feel open, elegant and completely at home in the middle of Regent's Park. We call it the Arbor, and we couldn't be prouder of what we made together.

A massive thank you to @themarigroup for the trust and vision, @tasteoflondon for having us, and to everyone on the ground who made it happen - @jonny.astor for capturing it all, @velvetliving and @luxtechnical for keeping everything looking and sounding the part.

Two five-star reviews landed this week and they genuinely made our day.

The first was from Eleanor Tufnell, following her wedding in the Cotswolds. She and her partner trusted us completely to look after technical production and event management throughout the entire event process. Knowing that they were able to relax and fully enjoy the day means everything to us.

The second came from the team at CPL Aromas, after their immersive event at @icetank. They said the whole process felt seamless and calm, that our ideas were creative and thoughtful, and that we really understood their concept. That's exactly what we aim for every single time.

Reviews like these take a couple of minutes to write but carry so much weight. They help new clients feel confident reaching out, and they remind us why we do this work.

Last week at Taste of London in Regent’s Park we launched the Taste Cabana, a new relaxed corner of the festival.

We designed the entire structure to scale in 3D, then worked with the brilliant team at Stunning Tents to engineer and build it in the real world - a hybrid of glulam beams and a steel archway, designed to feel light, elegant and completely intentional from every angle.

A huge thank you to the Mari team for trusting us with the concept and the detail - and to Taste of London for entertaining us all week.

Behind the scenes on 'Wonderstate' for @cpl_aromas - a multi-room, sensory journey built around six distinct “states”, each with its own colour, mood and fragrance.

This is exactly the kind of brief we love. When a client comes with a strong creative idea, it gives us the best starting point to collaborate, problem-solve, and add our own production twist - turning a concept into something guests can genuinely step inside.

As with every build, the whole experience was mapped in a full 3D model before we arrived on site - helping us plan layouts, lighting, finishes and flow, and then deliver it smoothly on the ground.

Huge thanks again to CPL Aromas for trusting us with the vision, and to @icetank for hosting and looking after the team so well.

(And as always, a big love to all the suppliers who helped bring the details to life.)
