After seven years of Progressive House UK, this is the final ever mix. It felt important that the last chapter truly represented what PHUK has always stood for — a harder, more original take on progressive house. Music with darker edges and subtle light and shade. Groovy, edgy, hypnotic and functional, wrapped in atmosphere rather than trends. The kind of mix that would sit comfortably alongside the early Global Underground releases, Nu Breed series, or a classic Renaissance compilation. Timeless, not disposable. I want to say a genuine thank you to every artist whose music I’ve had the privilege of playing over the years. To the DJs I’ve worked alongside, the partnerships that were formed, and the countless conversations, messages and moments that came with it, thank you. To every DJ who took the time to submit a mix and trusted the platform, your contribution helped shape what PHUK became. And most of all, thank you to the listeners. Seven years of podcasts, over 300,000 downloads in just four years, that still blows my mind. None of this would have existed without you showing up, tuning in, sharing, and supporting the music. Progressive House UK closes here, with pride and gratitude. Thank you for being part of the journey. Danny #progressivehouseuk #progressivehouse taken in Newcastle upon Tyne by @progressivehouseuk

EPISODE 533 Danny Jarvis, ‘emotions’ : A journey through deep sound and deeper feeling. This isn’t just another mix. It’s a personal selection of electronic music that spans the emotional spectrum - from warm, meditative moments to goosebump-inducing surprises. Think deep house, deep techno, washed-out synths, hypnotic grooves, ethereal vocals, breakbeats, acid echoes and nods to early 90s rave culture; all sewn together to create space for reflection, escape, and feeling. It opens with Carl Sagan’s haunting Pale Blue Dot speech - a reminder of our shared fragility at a time when the world feels increasingly fractured. His words are framed by Dyzen’s ‘Exodus’, setting the tone for a journey that drifts through thought-provoking textures, unexpected twists, and soulful melancholy. This one’s for the thinkers, daydreamers, late-night wanderers and after-hours souls. Whether you’re out walking in nature or lying in stillness, I hope you feel the peace I’ve tried to weave into every moment. 🎧 Not for background noise, this is an album to listen to. And if it stirs something that makes you want to move? I say go with it. From the heart, Danny Tracklist: Carl Sagan - Pale Blue Dot Dyzen - Exodus [Impressum] TimAdeep - Accept The Changes (Pablo Bolivar Remix) Arteforma - Emerald Green Lake (Pablo Bolivar Remake) London Grammar - Talking (George X Remix) Joseph - Ray Need Your Loving Groove Armada - Love Sweet Sound (Nautica Remix) Hot Since 82 & Habischman - Leave Me [Dubfire Playa Remix] Steve Bug & Hervé Solar - Lift Off [Sublease Music] Zakir - Emotional Swing (Thimble Remix) [RUMMEL] 808 - State In Yer Face (BICEP REMIX) Marco Bailey & Tom Hades - Stars & Shines (Original Mix) [Bedrock] Mind Against & Dyzen - Freedom Habischman - Broken (Original Mix) Grace - Not Over Yet (Framewerk Rewerk) Massive Attack - Unfinished Sympathy (Framewerk Rewerk) #progressivehouseuk #earlydoorsclub #phuk #electronicmusic #bicep #808state taken in Newcastle upon Tyne by @progressivehouseuk
