HYROX IZMIR ✅

The truth is I hit again a new PB, but in that moment I was unhappy.

-> failed the big goal of unbroken Wallballs 👀

…obviously more happy once I found out I won my first flag 🏆

Had to process that not even 10 months ago I started with my first Hyrox race and finished in 1:39h.

10 months later, consistently working on myself, I brought my time down by 27 minutes!!

We opened the race. 🇹🇷

First wave of the day.
First ones on the course.
And the sleds… simply wouldn’t move.

Still pushed through.
Still finished.
& made the podium for the first time. 🥉

Not exactly how I planned the race — but that’s racing.

Sometimes a friendship starts through sport – and somehow becomes so much more.

Football brought us together. Years later, football is gone, but our journey together is far from over.

Who would have thought that another sport would bring us back together and make that bond even stronger?

Growing together. Pushing limits. Creating memories. And watching your best friend become better and better at what he does makes the whole journey even more special.

Grateful for every moment we get to experience together.

Nothing feels better than watching yourself slowly become the best version of yourself.

Trust the process.
And enjoy the journey.

Manchmal beginnt eine Freundschaft durch den Sport – und wird irgendwann so viel mehr als das.

Kennengelernt durch den Fußball. Jahre später ist der Fußball vorbei, aber unser gemeinsamer Weg noch lange nicht.

Wer hätte gedacht, dass uns die nächste sportliche Herausforderung wieder zusammenbringt – vielleicht sogar stärker als zuvor.

Gemeinsam wachsen. Grenzen verschieben. Erinnerungen schaffen. Und dabei zuzusehen, wie der beste Freund Schritt für Schritt besser wird und über sich hinauswächst, macht diesen Weg umso besonderer.

Dankbar für jeden Moment, den wir gemeinsam erleben dürfen.
