i thought once i got to college, i’d figure everything out.
by graduation, i hit rock bottom, developing serious addictions to multiple vices.

i was depressed, lost, and terrified of where my life was headed.
at first, i thought quitting the substances would fix everything. i didn’t realize that without addressing the root cause, i would eventually relapse.

the answer wasn’t the right job, the perfect relationship, or the best physique. it was me—my inner self, my conscience, and my mindset.

if you’re not satisfied with who you are, and where you are, maybe the answer isn’t external.

maybe it starts within.

it started as wanting abs and
to see the real progress i’ve made over the years

but 100 days in, it became about
whether i could actually keep a promise to myself

every promise you keep
is a step forward in becoming
that ideal self you envision yourself to be

#transformation #fitness #fyp #korea #reel by @project.ivo
