Starting Over, On the Road Again 🌞 🎸 🚙

Letting go of things in your life to start anew is never easy, and yet, somehow we keep on keeping on. Meeting other fellow travellers along the way, sharing our stories, laughter and tears makes it all the worthwhile. I’m endlessly grateful to everyone I encountered along my journey, starting with my loved ones back home in The Netherlands, moving on to Belgium, France, Germany, flying back home again to Turkey and eventually making my way down to the sunny South of Spain and Portugal 🙏

Soon, I will be crossing the Atlantic to reach the West Coast, drive past the fires down to Mexico and start my new life; one that’s mindfully packed with love and creativity 🤍

“And [We] got friends out on the coast
We can jump in the water & see what floats
We’ve been saving for a rainy day
Let’s beat the storm & be on our way

And it don’t matter to me
Wherever We are is where I want to be
And honey, for once in our lives
Let’s take our chances & roll the dice
And I can be your lucky penny
You can be my four-leaf clover
Starting over”

Work In Progress with the Sunset Crew 🌞

“When the waves crash onto the rocks of your mind
Peace in the setting rays of sun you’ll find

Some days they may be trapped behind the clouds
And the surface of the sea won’t calm with all your doubts

Yet the colours of the sky into our hearts will always shine
With an open mind, patiently, we’ll walk that fine line”

When you realise you’re a little bit of everything 😅

"I’m a little bit Country
And I’m a little bit Rock ’N Roll
I’m a little bit of Tennessee Whiskey
With a little bit of Metal in my Soul

I don’t know if it’s Good or Bad
But I know I love it so
I’m a little bit Country
And I’m a little bit Rock ’N Roll"
