End of season reward run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

They survived the training… so naturally I rewarded them with a sugar high and brain freeze 😂

Well-earned Slurpees for the crew! 🥤Next up track. May have done the wrong year before. by @project_wilson

Australia National Championships in Ballarat 2026: plenty of running, plenty of mud… probably should’ve put a few swimming sessions in the training plan. by @project_wilson

Well, that was quite an experience.

Possibly the worst conditions I will ever run in. Mud was over a foot deep in some places which made it completely impossible to get traction on the ground, but it was a very cool race to be a part of.

Amazing job to everyone who got out there and braved the elements!

Big shout out to the rest of the @project_wilson squad as well, you all ran incredibly!

I’ve got a track race coming up next week, and from there, only a few more specific sessions before the goal race of the run prix 10km, which will hopefully involve a lot less mud. by @project_wilson

Final Project Wilson session before Oklahoma for Charles. Plenty of miles logged, a fair few PB’s, and my advice, mostly ignored. Oklahoma’s problem now. 🇺🇸😂
