Where words fail, music speaks. 🤍

Tomorrow, we gather in love, unity, and appreciation for music that speaks to the mind, body, and soul.

A special night for our city as we welcome one of the most cherished artists in our world of music, Leafar Legov of Giegling, for his first ever live performance in Atlanta, playing entirely original music.

In an era where electronic music travels faster than ever, authenticity can easily get lost somewhere along the way.

Originality, individuality, and the values that shaped this culture have become increasingly rare. Yet a handful of crews continue to move on their own terms, protecting the spirit of what this music has always been about.

Giegling is one of them.

At the heart of that world is Leafar Legov, an instrumental figure in the German collective whose sound and approach have quietly influenced artists and dance floors across the globe.

This Friday, we welcome Leafar Legov to Atlanta for the first time alongside Bobi Stevkovski, in the back room at Westside Motor Lounge, where we recently gathered for Radio Slave.

Arapu has been one of Romania’s most sought-after artists in recent years, marking a residency with the iconic Circoloco and showcasing his music around the world at some of the most celebrated venues and parties.

We’re in for a treat as he returns to his second home, Atlanta, on Friday, September 4th, for a night under the open sky alongside Bobi Stevkovski, taking over the courtyard at Block & Drum for an Open Air Sunset Soirée: 8PM–1AM.

Having @projectb.atl take over the rooftop was long overdue.

@bobi.stevkovski & @davidboreal brought a little of that old Edgewood rooftop magic back with them—the kind of night where somehow the whole city shows up. New faces, familiar faces, and some old-school heads we hadn’t seen on a dance floor together in a minute.

Atlanta felt very Atlanta up there.

Beautiful music, beautiful people, beautiful night. Big love to Project B and everybody who made their way upstairs.

On Friday, September 11, we welcome Leafar Legov of Giegling for a live performance and what is set to be his Atlanta debut, alongside Bobi Stevkovski.

The evening comes together in collaboration with Don Gaucho, taking us back to Westside Motor Lounge after the wonderful night we shared there with Radio Slave.

It’s no secret that I’ve been deeply devoted to both the beginnings and endings of Music Room and Edgewood Speakeasy, where I held regular monthly residencies from the very beginning to the very end.

If there are people I’ve trusted over the years when it comes to this side of Atlanta’s music scene, it’s Kieran and Mike. Through their various projects, they’ve consistently left their forever mark on this city.

Now, they’re taking over and restarting Lunchbox, giving it a new identity inspired by Blade Runner, with a futuristic feel and underground twists. And, as history seems to repeat itself, I once again have the pleasure of being one of the first to play a new chapter of theirs.

This coming Saturday, I’ll be playing open to close, an extended journey through futuristic and hypnotic grooves.

This slideshow offers a first glimpse into the new space. I’m genuinely excited to see what this next chapter brings and what it will contribute to our beloved Atlanta.
