i surprise myself every now and then as an artist..this is one of those pieces..i can’t take my eyes off of it when i pass it by in the room and i can confidently admit that this is my best work..inspired by my recent trip to Tulum, MX last month..such a beautiful experience, landscapes, cuisine, culture, and many laughs & love with close friends..i’m fortunate to say that i’m back in that “mode” to create some absolute stunners heading into this summer..more to come..thanks for looking, it’s love always💌 “fractal beach” (2026) 60”x48”x1.5” #gallerykrizzle #artwork #artistsoninstagram #contemporaryabstract #geometricabstraction taken in Springfield, Illinois by @projectkrizzle

“eclipse” (2026) 🌞🌜🌞🌜🌞 acrylic paint & oil-based markers 36”x48”x1.5” no sketch, just a freehanded concept with time to kill…i can’t remember the last time i finished a piece of this size all in one sitting but this one turned out as an absolute stunner..i surprised myself, but at the same time tho…what do you expect when you work hard and do what feels right? the craft gets better. have a good weekend IG family💌 i appreciate all the love on my artwork recently, it does mean a lot to me. ps: i want to publicly thank anyone who has reached out to myself and my family during this period of time..the love & support has been felt throughout🫶 #gallerykrizzle taken in Springfield, Illinois by @projectkrizzle

when i started painting in 2022, i wanted every aspect of my work to be perfect. when i released the perfectionism in my work, the authenticity shed through. it feels a bit metaphorical to the meaning of life. to have awareness that mistakes are there, but accepting them and take note for the next time around. honor your life, reflect often, feel what is meant to be felt🌞 my apologies, i’m feelin stoic this mornin’ “Mars” 24”x24” is headed out to denver for my soul brotha ryan. a 2nd piece collected by him, it’ll be crazy to see the evolution of his first piece by me to this one. thanks for the support♾️ i have one small & one large commission coming in the next month or two, but available to schedule more work heading into fall. thanks for looking✌️ -kriz taken in Springfield, Illinois by @projectkrizzle
