We kicked off our 2026 Summer Internship at @projectlevel this week! Almost 100 paid interns will be immersed in a world of fashion, music, marketing and entrepreneurship. For the past six seasons, Project Level and Shoe Palace have proudly partnered to serve families throughout our communities, providing thousands of pairs of shoes to youth and families in need. Together, they have also collaborated on impactful campaigns that celebrate the rich history, diversity, and vibrant culture of the Bay Area, creating opportunities that extend far beyond footwear.This season, Project Level and Shoe Palace are taking their partnership to the next level by investing directly in the next generation of leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs. Through a groundbreaking summer collaboration, more than 100 young professionals will participate in a hands-on internship experience designed to bridge education and real-world industry exposure.Participants will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals from both organizations, learning the fundamentals of marketing, branding, content creation, event production, and business development. Rather than working on simulations, these young entrepreneurs will help develop and execute real advertising and community engagement campaigns, gaining valuable experience that can translate into future careers and business ventures.By combining mentorship, professional development, and practical experience, Project Level and Shoe Palace are helping young people build confidence, develop marketable skills, and create pathways toward long-term success. Together, they are not only investing in the future workforce—they are helping young entrepreneurs build legacies of their own. by @projectlevel
