🌸 Project Nari Udaan | A Step Towards Dignity, Awareness & Change 🌸
Every woman deserves access to menstrual hygiene, awareness, and the freedom to talk about her health without hesitation. ❤️
Today, Bharat Vahini, under Project Nari Udaan, took a small yet meaningful step by conducting a Menstrual Health & Hygiene Awareness Session for women in the community and distributing sanitary pads to support their menstrual hygiene needs. 🩷
The session was not just about distributing sanitary products—it was about creating awareness, encouraging conversations, addressing hesitation and reminding every woman that her health matters.
For many women, conversations around menstruation are still surrounded by myths, silence and discomfort. Through Project Nari Udaan, we aim to create spaces where women can ask questions, understand their bodies and make informed choices about their health.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, resources and efforts to make this initiative possible. To our speakers, volunteers, supporters and every person who stood with us—thank you for being a part of this journey. 🌱
Because sometimes, change begins with something as simple as one conversation, one helping hand and one small step. ❤️

On 22 August 2026, Project Nari Udaan organised an awareness and empowerment programme at Geetam Singh Inter College, creating a meaningful space for young girls to learn, reflect and speak about self-respect, rights, confidence, education and empowerment.

We are grateful to Jheel Gautam, Sanjana and Vasundhara Yadav for sharing their valuable perspectives and making the session engaging and inspiring for the students. 💜

🌸 Project Nari Udaan | Awareness & Empowerment Session

On 10 August 2026, Project Nari Udaan organised an awareness programme at Saraswati Shishu/Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School, Agra, focusing on the rights, safety, self-respect, education and empowerment of women and young girls.

The session was an opportunity to engage with students, encourage meaningful conversations, and inspire them to become more aware, confident and prepared for their future.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the school administration, Principal Shri Rajkumar Ji, Shweta Ma'am, Aakanksha Ma'am and Shivani Ma'am for their warm support, guidance and cooperation in making this programme possible. 💜

Project Naari Udaan is more than a campaign — it is a commitment to educate, empower and create awareness among women and young girls. 🩷

🌸 Empowering Through Awareness | Menstrual Hygiene Session

At Ek Pahel B.R. Memorial Welfare Society, we believe that education goes beyond literacy. Along with learning, we regularly organize health and awareness sessions for our Shiksha for Adult learners to help them lead healthier and more informed lives.

Last month, we had the privilege of hosting a Menstrual Hygiene & Awareness Session at our Shiksha Centre, conducted by Project Nari Udaan. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Jheel Gautam and Ms. Pari Sharma for leading such an engaging and informative session.

For many of our underprivileged women learners from rural communities, this was more than just a session—it was an opportunity to break myths, gain awareness, and talk openly about a topic that is often left unspoken.
