👋 Hi! My name is Genesis! My husband, Efrain and I create content centered around being parents of two toddlers. 👦🏽👧🏼

🎯 Our aim on this platform is to help educate and normalize homeschooling in today’s society (for the general public, especially in the Hispanic community).

✝️📖Aside from homeschooling content, we share our Christian faith, passion for home-birthing, Mom content/humor, candid moments of life as parents with toddlers, and our kinda crunchy ways.

✏️ I write the majority of the posts, reply to DMs and work on the creative side. Efrain mostly shoots and edits the content, as well as replies to comments.

I still can’t believe we have 4 kids! When I was a little girl, I always said I wanted between 6-8 kids. Whew 😅 not sure why I said that hahaha!

But here we are lol! Only need a few more! 🫢

I remember begging my mom to have more children but two was enough for her 😂 and so for that reason I loved visiting my Titi Eli and when she came to visit because I would always say “I love the chaos” hahaha!

The loud room, the laughter, all the beautiful chaos!

I never realized how overstimulated she must have felt 😂🫢

Now look at me little miss overstimulated haha

What a season it has been since having our first baby 5 years ago! Motherhood has stretched me, tested me, placed a mirror in front of my face and made me (and continues to make me) the best version of myself.

I won’t lie though, many days I have to remind myself not to let anxiety and stress rob me of my motherhood joy and them of their childhood.

I have to remember to give myself grace as well as them, because we’re all experiencing this life for the first time.

The amount of layers we had to peel back just to get to the subfloor is WILD. 😭🤢

Years of water damage, multiple layers of flooring, and way too many shortcuts from previous renovations. Safe to say... this bathroom was hiding a lot.

Thank God for our @boschtoolsna hammer drill from Home Depot because legend says we’d still be chipping away if we hadn’t bought it. 😂🛠️

I was SO close to TRASHING this recipe after I TRASHED the brownies 😫because I thought I completely failed. 🫣😂

The brownies looked lumpy... they took forever to bake... and I was convinced they were headed straight to the GARBAGE 🗑️ . 😅

Plot twist? My 4-year-old LOVED them and nearly cleaned the pan on his own🥹

I find it so crazy how my biggest cooking or baking “fails” end up being my kids’ favorite. ❤️
