IMEX 2026 is a wrap!

The days leading up to IMEX are daunting but we are always happy to be there once the party starts.

We look forward to one day of educational sessions and then two and a half days of networking, connecting, and reconnecting with some of the worlds leading hospitality professionals, and we are grateful to be a part of it.

Thank you @fiestaamericana.travelty for hosting us and for the “tray passed” churros 😋💃🏻 #iykyk

The countdown is on… we are going back to the Keys. 🌴 Part work, part play, but isn’t that always the case? This time, we’re headed to Islamorada for a site visit at @cheecalodge followed by a FAM trip.

Someone has to do the research. 🌊🐢

Somewhere between “good morning” and “don’t speak to me yet.” ☕️🌲

Pre-scheduled. No-knock coffee delivery, a hot tub, and a treehouse guest suite.

This is my kind of room service. ✨

Out of office. Technically.

Next week, the office is Jackson Hole and Montana.

We’re hitting the road with clients for site visits in Jackson Hole, WY and Greenough, MT, with stops at Four Seasons Jackson Hole and The Resort at Paws Up.

We’ll still be working, emailing and generally refusing to understand the traditional meaning of “out of office,” but responses may be a little delayed while we’re busy seeing, tasting, walking, experiencing and asking all the questions.

Because there’s only so much you can learn from a proposal and a photo gallery.

Sometimes you need boots on the ground.

Wyoming + Montana, here we come. 🤠

Two years ago, Project Pineapple was an idea scribbled between flights, site visits, and conversations about what hospitality should feel like.

Today, we’re celebrating two years of creating experiences that bring people together around the world.

From incentive trips and leadership retreats to curated journeys for intentional travelers, every program has been built on the same belief:

Travel is about people.

To our clients, partners, suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and travelers who trusted us to be part of your story, thank you.

And to everyone who has followed along, supported us, referred us, shared a post, worn a hat, or cheered us on from the sidelines, we see you and appreciate you.

Here’s to the next chapter of exploring as travelers, not tourists.

We spend months building a program.

The guests experience it in just a few days.

That’s why one of our favorite questions on a post-event survey is:

“What was the highlight of your trip?”

The answers tell us far more than any attendance report or event recap ever could.

They tell us what guests remember.

The relationship that was strengthened. The meal they can’t stop talking about. The destination they fell in love with. The experience they didn’t expect.

Feedback is one of the most important parts of what we do, and reading through this year’s responses was a great reminder that the moments guests remember most are often the ones that bring people together.

Here are a few highlights from the highlights.

Golden hour, neon lights, live music, and a little Tucson history, this night checked every box. 🌵✨

For this offsite evening at the historic Hotel Congress, we wanted guests to experience a side of Tucson that felt vibrant, local, and completely different from a traditional offsite dinner.

What started with sunset cocktails and murals glowing downtown turned into an evening filled with live music, incredible energy, Sonoran-inspired flavors, and the kind of atmosphere that makes people stay long after dinner was over.

One of the best parts of designing incentive experiences is finding ways to surprise guests with something they wouldn’t normally choose for themselves and this venue did exactly that.

A departure from the expected restaurant buyout or yacht dinner cruise, and easily one of the most talked about nights of the program.

Perfect weather. A packed dance floor. Neon cowgirl glowing overhead. Honestly, Tucson showed off a little that night.

Brunch in the desert deserves to feel slow, celebratory, and a little over the top. 🌵✨

At the @jwstarrpass we wanted guests to experience more than “just brunch.” We wanted movement, color, conversation, and discovery around every corner.

From build-your-own Bloody Marys stacked with Southwest-inspired garnishes, to fresh avocado toast, omelette action station, hot stations, pastries, local flavors, and desserts worth circling back for twice, every detail was designed to feel abundant without losing the sense of place.

One of our favorite parts of event design is creating spaces where people naturally linger longer.
Where networking turns into real connection.
Where guests slow down enough to savor the experience instead of rushing through it.

Because the best events aren’t remembered for a single thing. They’re remembered for how they made people feel while they were there.

And this brunch, did just that.
