Burning Desire: A Collection of Rave Photographs showcases rave culture and its powerful story of healing and harmony through self-expression, while highlighting its eccentricity in fashion that is influential in the rave scene. Its pages display the captured moments of the creative curiosity, exploration, and commencement of DAV and their work in fashion and street photography. Burning Desire: A Collection of Rave Photographs reveals the unique eye DAV possesses and the discovery of oneself. It grants insight on their journey at raves in New York City and New Jersey from 2022 – 2024 and an introduction to their portfolio.

A special thank you to @elijh_ , the muse behind this portrait. Inspired by his love for legacy, vampires🧛🏽‍♂️, Blade, Bruce Wayne, and stepping into manhood, this piece explores masculinity, elegance, mystery, and the darker side of identity.

Prince of Gotham is part of my ongoing exploration of dandyism and menswear, examining how fashion, portraiture, and self-expression can become forms of personal mythology.

I’m excited to be exhibiting in NICO during @newarkarts festival, showcasing Prince of Gotham🦇 from my ongoing Dandyism Series.

This series explores dandyism; suits as identity, elegance, armor, and becoming. Prince of Gotham is one piece of that larger world, imagining what it means to construct yourself with intention and move through the world as your own creation.

In 2077, knowledge is a crime. Creativity is a threat. And art? ART IS A CONTRABAND.📕⛓️

BTS from DYSTOPIA 2077 and we’re not gonna tell you everything. 👀

But here’s what we’ll say:

They’ll beat you for holding a book. They’ll come for you for having color, for having imagination, for knowing too much. In this world, the government hires the muscle and creativity is the target.

Then there’s the classroom. A mother, being dragged out by DAV agents, and before she goes she writes four words on the board that we still can’t shake😵‍💫

“YOU’RE ALL ARTISTS”

Never forget that. ✊🏾

Yeah. This one’s gonna sit with you…because it can become real if we don’t do something about it‼️

Meet ROOTWORK🌳

In DYSTOPIA 2077, they’re the ones the system walked past — mistaken for nothing, dismissed as “bush people.”

But BEHIND the tents, they’re keeping something alive:

ancestral wisdom, plant medicine, and ceremony. Growing something real in a dead city is their rebellion‼️

They move slow and intentional on purpose, invisible to the surveillance that criminalizes everything creative, everything spiritual, EVERYTHING HUMAN.

This is the foundational work nobody sees but everyone depends on.
