What is Projet Wipeout? Wipeout, definition: the art of falling and surrendering to the wave. What do we do? We celebrate music in its most vibrant form: improvisation and live music. Concerts, recordings, parties... no format limits. The concept: Just like every wave is different, so are our teams of musicians. Result: unique genres, moods, and energy every time. What is our mission? To explore new sounds through improvisation, blending genres and cultural perspectives, while collaborating with local artists wherever we go. Thanks to @ceriz._ for the illustrations and design !!!🫶 by @projet.wipeout

••• As you may have noticed, after lengthy internal discussions, we have finally decided to release our music on Spotify. This does not call our values into question; we haven’t changed our minds about the repugnant ethics of this platform, which we are more determined than ever to fight (fuck Spotify every day). We’ve simply reevaluated the pros, cons, and both intended and actual impact of such a choice on our audience and within the music industry, and have thus adjusted our current stance (which remains subject to evolving in the future). This is a purely professional decision, made reluctantly, which does not reflect our vision or our ambitions, but which is, for now, essential so that we can continue to bring you even more Wipeout. We do, however, encourage you to switch to a more ethical platform right away if you’re concerned about the tragic political causes supported by Spotify and want to show greater support for artists. Above all, go see your favorite artists live - long live live music! by @projet.wipeout
