@aimeed_green and @ateera.ajee showed up to make sure the roof at the @sonyalpha / @focuscamera rooftop event was on fire. Brought my @westcottlighting and @prolightmods to the party in my #photowagon and had a great time. Thanks to @phillycreate for the styling and all the attendees- which is your favorite? by @prolightmods

This is why I love location lighting. Great sky, great subject, and enough @westcottlighting to make both matter.

The ridiculously good @emily_baldauf absolutely owned this setup during the @sonyalpha × @focuscamera rooftop event. And with the wind trying its best to end the shoot early, the #westcottlighting #photowagon quietly earned its keep holding down my main light.

I few weeks ago I had @trickwilliams_wwe over to my studio after a WWE Smackdown event here in town. We had actually worked together TEN years ago - long before he became “Trick Williams”. My latest YouTube video(linked in bio!) tells the full story but the short of it is that you never know who might be in front of your camera. The lesson here (and as a reminder to myself!) is that as photographers we really can’t afford to not give our best during every photoshoot. That covers not only creating great work but also exercising our creativity and emphasizing the best overall experience for our subjects. If I hadn’t checked those boxes TEN years ago you wouldn’t be seeing the images in the post and frankly many others on this page!

I want to acknowledge @westcottlighting and my own @prolightmods for aiding in the visuals captured during this shoot. The updated creative mask mode available in the new FJ400 II’s is what I was flexing to full potential to create the visual sequences created here. The Pro Light Mod 3x4’s and 3x3’s were stacked to create a @wwe (ish) entrance style setup along with some smoke from the @pmi_gear Smoke Ninja trident. These all combined for some really cool “in camera” captures that don’t fail to impress when displayed on the @tethertools Ultimate Tethering Kit.

Check out my YouTube video to see more!

My talented friend @jdubbstudio started a travel baseball team and after I saw his design work and the team colors I had to have them to my studio for a photoshoot! If it’s not obvious from this gallery, I have to say the @capcityfizz brought their “A-Game”! Maybe I should’ve worked with a little league team before now…

To complete the look I put some @prolightmods to work on @westcottlighting FJ400’s equipped with their Flexigels to bring in the color. I used a uniform matching pink and teal combo - pink in the Mods and overhead & teal in the 1x4 strip boxes. To create the atmosphere I used the @pmi_gear Smoke Ninja Trident that worked flawlessly filling in just the right amount of smoke.

Images were captured with a @sonyalpha a1ii and the G24-70 2.8. To get the immediate reaction from the guys I was tethered using @tethertools new AeroTrac Workstation and it’s definitely found its way into my workflow from this point on!
