Second day back on Weight Watchers as lockdown has really taken its toll on my goal to lose weight. Hopefully I can keep the current motivation I have so, I can shift this weight.

Today’s breakfast was Pineapple chunks, Greek yoghurt and a sprinkling of crunchy nut clusters.

I did a thing!

Last week I decided enough was enough and joined weight watchers. I’ve been struggling with my weight all of my life but, the last 5 years due to a multitude of things have seen me at my heaviest since 2010.

Anyone needing to lose weight will tell you if you’re not in the right headspace you’re not going to stick to it. I personally have found that motivation to shift the weight, I know it’s not going to be easy and I know it won’t be an overnight thing but, I’m excited to get healthy again.

I’ve made a great start losing 4lbs this week... Go Me!

If people are interested in progress I am considering doing monthly posts on the blog so, let me know if this is something you’d want to read.

Saturday I went to see @busted and went for a very natural no makeup makeup look.
.
I used the following products:
Face - @bareminerals Original mineral powder in fairly light, @narsissist Orgasm blush and @maccosmetics soft and gentle highlight.
Brows: @hdbrowsofficial Browtec and @benefitcosmeticsuk 24 hour brow setter.
Eyes: @maccosmeticsuk vanilla all over and a discontinued shadow in the crease (name fails me) @katvondbeauty tattoo liner and no mascara.
Lips: nothing.
