1 hand work w/ @jaden.then43.

Even in a soft cast, the work hasn’t stopped.

Today I had the privilege to honor a man who’s been more than a coach to me, my mentor, my guide, and a true father figure through every chapter of my life.

From my middle school days learning the game, through high school practices, into college guidance, and all the way to standing beside me when I signed my first professional contract, you’ve been there. Not just teaching me how to play, but how to carry myself, how to believe in my value, and how to understand my self-worth when I couldn’t always see it clearly. That’s something I’ll carry forever.

What you’ve done reaches far beyond me. You’ve poured into thousands of kids in the city you grew up in, shaping lives the way you shaped mine, with consistency, toughness, love, and belief. Today, we get to celebrate that legacy.

On behalf of the city of Passaic, thank you Coach Al! For everything you’ve given, everything you’ve sacrificed, and everything you’ve built. You’re not just part of my story… you’re family for life. by @promotingprogress

Playing 1v1 has always helped my game in many ways.

Fine tune and expand your 🎒 and IQ playing 1v1 against better competition.

No Fear!!

Win the contact battle!

Not because you’re the strongest or the toughest necessarily, but because you understand timing, balance, leverage, and angles. Then your determination and skill can be on full display.

DM for training availability. Now’s the time!

Dribble Hand Off (DHO)…

Understanding basketball terminology is crucial!

While working on your game, remember that you have to be a student!

Surround yourself with people that are willing to share true knowledge, and make time for your own processing and application.
