At Propel, you aren’t just a number. You won’t just be given generic advice. You will be developed both mentally and physically Most players work on mechanics. Few ever train how their brain runs those mechanics under pressure.Propel bridges the gap between training and performance, so players can actually trust what they’ve built.Because cage work means nothing if the brain can’t translate it in games. This isn’t motivation. It’s rewiring. And that’s what makes it stick. We rewire how players think, move, and react — so their training can translate and their best swing shows up under pressure when it matters most. And that’s what makes us different and better. by @propelhitting

What we do at Propel is simple — we make training translate. Most training focuses on mechanics. We focus on what runs the mechanics - the brain. We bridge the gap between brain, body, and behavior - between training and performance. That’s why our players don’t fold when it matters.Because the truth is… most players don’t struggle from lack of work. They struggle because their system isn’t wired to perform under pressure. At Propel, we bridge the mental and the physical so players can actually trust what they’ve built when it matters most. No more “you just gotta believe” coaching. No more fake confidence. We train the system — brain, body, and behavior — so performance becomes automatic. If you’re ready to stop overthinking, get rid of game anxiety, build confidence, and start getting results that actually stick when pressure hits, it’s time to TRAIN WITH PROPEL:⚾ The Propel Locker Room - more than a group chat - our community hub with weekly training, mental hacks, and no-fluff conversations that translate to real results that stick. And it’s FREE🧠 Mental Performance Blueprint – our year-long, daily rewiring program packed with lessons and drills that help build confidence, stop overthinking, and reprogram how you perform under pressure. 📱 Remote Training – 1:1 individualized training built around you and your preferences, not cookie-cutter cues and affirmations.🧬 Propel iD – your personal code - an in-depth assessment that reveals how your brain + body perform best.Coaches! Ready to get your whole roster wired to compete — not crumble — under pressure? If your team’s talent isn’t translating on game day — it’s not effort, it’s wiring. Let’s change that. 🏫 Team & Program Consulting – full roster rewiring for teams that want results to show up in the box score.Everything we do at Propel comes back to one thing — making training translate.Because talent isn’t the problem. How many cues did you see on the title slide? 14? There’s actually 16…What that shows you is, that there is too much. Too much too seeToo much to process Too much…in general So much that you didn’t even see all of them. That’s what overthinking does to your mind and mechanics and swing by @propelhitting

Overthinking is not simply having too many thoughts, it’s allowing too many thoughts to compete for control of the next action by @propelhitting

Do you let feelings be the captain of the boat? Real development isn’t only physical Real development isn’t only mental Real development isn’t only anythingThe work has to work on you. If you work think it will perfectly give you what you want, you aren’t growing. Growth causes leveling up. by @propelhitting

Weston is genuinely one of my favorite kids I have ever worked with because of how far he has come.At first, it was rough.Anytime I would ask him a question, the answer was usually, “I don’t know,” or that he just couldn’t feel what I was talking about. And honestly, for a while, I struggled to understand why. Thanks to @propelhitting , I started to understand Weston a lot better.Weston is not someone who is going to change quickly. He needs time to process information. He needs to feel things out for an extended period of time. He likes to talk things through, think about them, and make sense of them in his own way.For me, that is almost the complete opposite of who I am.So at first, it was a struggle. But the more I learned about Weston as a person, the more everything started to make sense. Now, when we talk, he is able to communicate what he is feeling at an extremely high level. He is incredibly intelligent. He just needs time to feel, think, and process. He is not going to feel something in one swing. He is not going to make some drastic change in five reps. Sometimes he needs more swings. Sometimes he honestly needs a couple of days before something really clicks. And that is why I am so proud of him.He knows who he is now.He understands how he learns, how he processes information, and how he needs to work through things. Because of that, he is a completely different person to be around in the cages.Weston is a prime example that coaching is not simply about the information we know.It is about how we communicate it.It is about understanding the person standing in front of us well enough to give them the space, language, and time to take information in, process it, and use it in a way that actually works for them. by @propelhitting

This dude is super super athletic. And is 6’4 And he’s still growing And his body is still adapting to the growth And his intelligence is off the charts And has high feel And knows biomechanics better than most adults So when we hit everything is about simplification and subtraction. BECAUSE of how well he naturally moves and how athletic he is Most coaches have so much impatience when they see things “off mechanically” - that they can’t wait for the athlete to show or explain what is actually going on We did this drill, so his intelligence and brilliant mind could take some reps off and he could be reminded of what FREE feels like that It is allowed him to feel that he was in his heels too much which was causing other issues. But he couldn’t feel his feet or his chest during the swing - was the root cause of it of the mechanical issue Ever since he did this drill, he has done it at home and wants to start every session with this. Why? I dunno, ask him 🤣🤣🤣. But I think he likes to start the session off with “how it suppose to feel when it’s athletic and free” When his system feels like it is allowed to move how it moves, it feels more freedom to try hard things, fail, and be challenged. Because it’s not drained or under bad stressAnd when we embrace being challenged and doing the hard, the fear of failure disappears and failure is allowed to be the great teacher it is. Remember the name, @lukegamble2030 is such a stud and his ceiling in CRAZY. KEEP GOING HOMIE. SO PROUD OF YOU by @propelhitting

Right now, When the game starts, your body changes Pressure shows up. Velocity shows up. Timing shows up. Fear shows up. Consequences show up.The body under pressure is not the same body you trained in a calm cage. That is where mechanics-only development fails and fails miserablyIf your pretty and perfect swing can’t be accessed during the game, you did not build a hitter. You built a cage swing. The question is not just:“What is wrong with the swing?”The better question is:“Why does his body change when the game matters?”That is the real cage-to-game gap. That is the problem we solve. by @propelhitting

Science can define and show us all the trillions of processes, actions, and chemical reactions that happen during swings But it cannot map the human spirit intuition, most adaptations or the experience and life experience that have happened to the athlete Players achieve consistency by being adaptable orgasms that can correct things on the fly Not robots that are programmed perfectly - aka do everything perfectly bio-mechanically and perfect results will show up It’s more than just simple inputs. You can put the “right” inputs in all day, but if you don’t account for the stuff that science can’t measure and see - consistency will never present itself. by @propelhitting

The mental isn’t simple nor is hitting. If you think honestly think doing the hardest thing in sports - hitting a baseball - can be solved by 3 drills or swinging the right way or “more quickness” - you have to wake yourself up Until you embrace the difficulty of what we try to do as hitters, you will be stuck chasing your tail or self-sabotaging yourself for your entire career. by @propelhitting

Players - are you freed up to swing your swing or caught up in overthinking? Parents - is your player unleashed and freed up? Are they stepping into their potential you see? I can help with both of those. by @propelhitting
