Hitting a solid 160 LB on this one. I usually do sets of 7 reps, but went for 9 on this one.
The plate loaded iso-lateral row allows users to move each arm independently for balanced muscle growth and is a staple in my upper back day workouts. by @properlyfaded

In the 1950s, the Whizzer was a popular motorized bicycle, essentially a bicycle with a small engine attached to it. Initially sold as a conversion kit, it allowed people to easily motorize their existing bicycles. Later, Whizzer also produced complete motorbikes, sometimes in collaboration with companies like Schwinn.

Steve McQueen's personal 1929 @harleydavidson 1st 45 Cubic Inch model. The flathead engine design featured in this stunning, carefully restored 1929 Harley-Davidson Model D wasn’t exactly a new concept when the Milwaukee Motor Company introduced it that same year. Still, it would become one of the most significant platforms in the company’s history. The flathead was a side-valve design and had been around nearly as long as internal combustion, though mostly in automobiles. Reliable and economical, the side-valve engine had been incorporated in motorcycles since the 1910s, becoming the basis for most Indians since the Powerplus in 1916. Harley-Davidson had previously experimented with a side-valve in 1919 with its lightweight Sport Twin to limited success. However, with the new 45 CI (750 cc) flathead introduced in 1929, Harley-Davidson created a powerplant that would remain in the company’s lineup in some form until 1973.

This superb Indian Twin is a premium example of why Indian was the largest motorcycle factory in the world at that time and was on top of the world in competition. The firm had been founded only 11 years earlier by two bicycle racing champions, George Hendee and Oscar Hedstrom. By May 25, 1901, the pair’s first prototype was climbing the steepest hills in Springfield, Massachusetts, and two more were built that year. Real production began in 1902 under the brand name Indian. Indian’s 110-pound production machines looked remarkably like Hendee’s first prototype, with the engine acting as a stressed chassis member. In 1908, Indian offered its first catalogued racing machine, and by 1911, Indian had developed its remarkable 8-valve OHV racers—though privateers used the factory’s racing F-head singles and twins, and with great success. Proof of their ability was Indian’s 1-2-3 sweep at the Isle of Man TT in 1911, the toughest road race in the world, and the company’s board track racers were also the fastest machines on the track.

This 1908 Excelsior Single is a first-year example of the company’s 500cc single-cylinder engine. The Excelsior Auto-Cycle “4/5 HP” is powered by a 30.50 CI (500cc) 4-stroke, F-head single that relied on an atmospheric inlet valve. The engine was well-engineered with a force-fed lubrication system at a time when most other machines relied on hand pumps. Advertisements crowed that the oiling "Never Goes Wrong!" and that the bike was "Developed to the Highest Point of Mechanical Perfection." Excelsiors did have excellent build quality, which was highlighted by their incredibly successful racers.

The Excelsior Supply Company was founded in 1876 by George T. Robie and was a very successful distributor of sewing machines, bicycles and, later, automotive parts. Robie’s son, Frederick, had ambitions to become a manufacturer and convinced his father to expand their bicycle business with motors attached. The Excelsior Motor and Manufacturing Co. was formed in 1906 as a subsidiary of the supply company, with Frederick Robie named as its president. The company first announced a Thor-engined Model B in 1907, which was a stopgap, as the far more sophisticated Excelsior Auto-Cycle Model A was introduced in the middle of the 1908 season.

1916 @harleydavidson 3 Speed. Gotta love the antique bikes. The 3-speed transmission was a significant advancement in motorcycle technology in 1916, offering increased flexibility and touring capability. This innovation contributed to Harley-Davidson's continued growth and success in the motorcycle market.
