💡 R2R is a great way to start your property journey if you’ve got between £5k-£7k to start up with

You acquire a property from a landlord then renting it out as a HMO or Serviced accommodation on a company let agreement

Due diligence is vital when using this strategy so that you avoid acquiring a property that’s doesn’t profit

💡 Deal sourcing is a fantastic way to get yourself into the property world

As a deal sourcer you’re primarily focused on finding deals that match your investors criteria whilst charging a sourcing fee

It’s a great way to start your property journey as you can gain more knowledge within the industry, also have better judgement on the current market and as well as connecting with high net worth individuals
