What if God is done letting you decide what your role “should” be?

During prayer this Sunday, I saw a chessboard fall from the sky into a forest. A strong wind came from the right and swept every piece off the board. Then, one by one, the pieces were placed back. Same colors, same sides. But not in the places they were.

I heard Him say: “I make the rules… so that it will be undeniable that it was Me who did it. I am the miracle worker. My people are My vessels.”

If you’ve felt moved off your square lately, this may be for you. 🙏🏾

Save this. Share it with someone who’s in a season of being rearranged.

Everybody wants the clean slate. Nobody talks about what it costs.

forgiveness isn't the end of the conversation — it's where the work begins. And a real clean slate has rules.

I won't hold it over your head.
I won't keep bringing it up.
I won't throw it in your face.
I won't keep rehashing it.
I won't take it to everybody else.

And still — "I might cry, because my heart, my mind... it's hard."

That's the part people skip. Forgiveness and pain can occupy the same room.

Then she landed this: I'm open-minded enough to see your perspective, but I'm not penetrable. What you do won't shift the standard I hold myself to.

Save this one for the conversation you've been avoiding. 🤍
