Visit ProSlide at booth #S2522 at IAAPA Expo Europe

For decades, ProSlide has partnered with European water parks to develop unforgettable experiences that appeal to both tourists and locals.

Now we're bringing that momentum to IAAPA Expo Europe , where we’ll be taking the show floor at booth #S2522 from September 22-24. We have much to celebrate!

This summer saw the opening of the world’s first HIVE 6, along with ProSlide’s first KIDZ Coaster in Europe as part of the Coral Bay expansion at PortAventura World. At Aquopolis Villanueva de la Cañada, we unveiled Kilauea, a water coaster erupting with energy that features Europe’s first FlatBLAST Launch.

Aaron Wilson | SVP Business Development EMEA & LATAM, ProSlide Technology

Aaron Wilson is a senior commercial leader in the global attractions and amusement sector with 14+ years of experience driving international market expansion, revenue growth, and scalable regional organizations across Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. As Senior Vice President of Business Development for EMEA and LATAM at ProSlide Technology since July 2025, he sets long-term strategy, annual operating plans, financial targets, and go-to-market execution for the company’s footprint across two complex, high-growth regions.

Over a decade at ProSlide, Aaron progressed from Account Manager in Customer Support Services to Vice President for Southern Europe, then Europe, and ultimately Europe & Latin America, before taking on his current EMEA & LATAM remit. He spearheaded ProSlide’s expansion into Europe and was a key stakeholder in establishing the company’s permanent European entity, overseeing all commercial operations across Europe from 2020 and Latin America from 2021, and leading EU and LATAM sales teams with full accountability for annual sales performance and margin objectives. His work has delivered sustained year-over-year bookings growth, increased market share, and stronger competitive positioning through disciplined strategic planning, account management excellence, and structured, cross-functional regional capabilities.

Earlier, Aaron served as Manager of International Business Development at XTRAICE, developing aggressive international sales plans in a startup environment focused on the Middle East and Asia across family entertainment centers, shopping malls, and theme parks. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, played varsity ice hockey, and spent eight seasons as a professional hockey player in North America and Europe. Originally Canadian, he has lived abroad since 2008 and in Spain since 2013.

Among the extravagant design and the larger-than-life ambition that fuels our projects in the Middle East, there remains a simple elegance at their core that makes the region an inspiring visionary partner in water park development.

The recently opened Aquamania Jungle Park at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt has been exemplary of the momentum sweeping across the Middle East, where we raised the bar for integrated resort entertainment with one of our boldest ride mixes to date.

16 years removed from when we first broke ground in the Middle East with Wild Wadi, we’ve continuously challenged ourselves to deliver regional experiences that are both thrilling and operationally efficient.

Spanning the ProSlide-exclusive CYAN Waterpark, YAS Waterworld, and Aquaventure World at Atlantis the Palm, the Middle East has smashed the expectations of what a world-class water park can be.

Hola! From July 29-31, you can find ProSlide at this year’s ACOLAP summit in Cali, Colombia, at booth 50.

ProSlide has a storied history with Colombian water parks that spans decades. We've introduced world-firsts at legendary parks like Piscilago, welcomed thrilling attractions at Cafalandia, and are the exclusive supplier for water-based rides at the lush Parque Acuático Los Trinitarios by Comfenalco Santander, which opened to great fanfare earlier this year.
