The rebuild isn’t only about getting appointments on the books. It’s also about rebuilding the systems behind the client experience.💻

My booking-site welcome page had been the same since 2021 or 2022 — and honestly, it looked like it. 😂 The information was important, but the delivery no longer reflected the business Prototype is becoming…. So, I gave it a much-needed refresh.🤗

The expectations are still clear because your time matters, my time matters, and maintaining a smooth experience requires a system. But clients should feel welcomed before they feel warned.

This rebuild isn’t starting from scratch—it’s being built on years of experience, education and evolution.

This is what I mean when I say color lashes have range. 🎨

They can be tonal, blended, strategically placed or completely unapologetic.

The color, placement and intensity should be customized to your features and the look you actually want—because creative doesn’t have to mean random.

Rebuilding Prototype — Episode 3 🩷

The offer worked.
Five appointments were booked.
$420 came in.
The services happened.

But the system didn’t.

I was so focused on getting people back onto my calendar that I didn’t fully prepare for what needed to happen after the appointment.

No intentional welcome-back experience.
No real rebooking conversation.
No follow-up system.

And that’s the truth about rebuilding in real time: sometimes a strategy works—and still reveals the next thing that needs to be fixed.

Getting booked once is not the same as rebuilding a consistent clientele.

So, the next step is clear: create the follow-up and rebooking process I should’ve had ready from the beginning.

The lashes were done. Now, it’s time to build the system.

Let’s keep rebuilding.

Class is in session — and lashes are officially on the syllabus. 🎓💕

High-school, college and trade-school students can book a Prototype Scholar Set for $100 through December 31.

Choose your flavor:

👸🏾 Princess Classic
🦋 Butterfly Mega Classic
👼🏾 Angel Wet Look

Only two Scholar appointments are available each week, so early booking is highly recommended.

A valid current student ID or proof of active enrollment is required. Limit one promotional full set per student. Standard reservation fee and studio policies apply. Clients under 18 must have parental consent.
