Thankyou , for holding my hand during this journey🫱🏻‍🫲🏼❤️‍🔥⚔️ by @proud2bme_mandy

✨ Sometimes you notice that people only like you when they feel above you. The moment you start improving yourself, they turn into strangers. And that’s okay. ✨

I’m done caring about what others think of me — I care about my loved ones ❤️

Sometimes, someone comes into your life when you least expect it… and now? I’ve never been happier, never been more myself. ❤️‍🩹

Every single day we work on becoming better versions of ourselves. And I’m endlessly grateful that we get to grow together ❤️

“Some souls walk away when your flame starts to burn brighter.
But the one meant for you… will stand beside the fire, unafraid. ⚔️
Grateful that together, we keep becoming stronger. ❤️‍🔥” by @proud2bme_mandy

Never done building ❤️
I am my own biggest judge.
I think we are all.
So that makes it extra special when you are actually proud of what you see.🔥❤️ by @proud2bme_mandy

"You never get your old body back after pregnancy" They say it like it's a bad thing..
It's not..
People say "i would die for my kid"
But i also want to live for them🔥❤️‍🔥
Dont let pregnancy or being a mom stop you from what you want , you deserve it! And you owe it to them🙌🏻 by @proud2bme_mandy

I see how beautiful this life is 🥹❤️

Yes. I share mostly gym pictures. Because I am proud of the decisions I make. And I am very careful with the pictures I share from my loved ones🙂‍↕️

But there is something i am more proud of.. & That is the family that i have.
The most amazing and loving partner who gave my life all of its colors🥹❤️‍🩹 He's the cornerstone of my/our life❤️
The little ones? They love him.. ❤️ And we enjoy every second together 🫂
This past year my life changed in every way..
And I couldn't be happier.. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world. 🥹🙏🏼 by @proud2bme_mandy

Failure is step one.
Keep walking.
Keep showing up.
Keep building your body.

You will thank yourself later 🔥 by @proud2bme_mandy

Never settle for less.
Find your safe place. ❤️
You are ALWAYS enough.
And NEVER too much.

Be respectful towards women.
But also stay true to yourself.
Talk about your problems and your feelings.
Even when the world tells you to stay quiet.

Take good care of yourself.
Mentally and physically.
Keep moving and rest well!
Eat and drink healthy.

And don't chase.. if it's real? It will find you❤️‍🩹 by @proud2bme_mandy
