Your Birth Doula has been accepted into the Evidence Based Birth® Instructor Program! I will be offering my own Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Education Classes soon!

I want to help expecting parents take control of their birth by replacing fear with scientific proof. My classes will reveal the actual data behind medical interventions so families can work with their providers, not against them. Expecting parents will learn about evidence based care, comfort measures, and advocacy. The EBB curriculum is the best way to get prepared, get answers, get empowered!

💜Blended Learning: I will combine online, self-paced parent videos with my own personalized instruction and mentorship support.
💜Empowering Advocacy: I will teach parents exact, respectful communication tools to use in the delivery room so their voices are heard.
💜Partner Focus: The curriculum includes dedicated tools to ensure birth partners know precisely how to offer physical and emotional support.

I am SO PROUD 🥹 of this young couple! Grateful they invited me into their birth space to welcome their first child. From the very beginning, they were so intentional about educating themselves and recognized the value of having a doula on their team.

Getting to know them these past few months was a joy, especially witnessing their deep commitment to one another and their faith. 🙏🏽

We labored at home so beautifully, intentionally fostering a sense of calm, peace, and deep relaxation. Because of that serene environment, we left for the hospital at the perfect moment. This beautiful, strong momma achieved the unmedicated birth she wanted, giving birth less than an hour after we arrived to the hospital!

And Dad, he completely stepped up, taking charge while providing strong, gentle comfort. In those last few intense moments, he guided her with so much love and steady eye contact. Congratulations to this beautiful new family! 💜

💜 Watching this incredible momma gently lean into everything she had learned in birth prep, was so special. She had prepared herself with such grace and power, and seeing her husband right by her side through every single second—offering more steady, loving hip squeezes than I think I have ever witnessed—made me so proud. It was so sweet to witness this couple step into parenthood. Their precious little baby was already wrapped in the greatest gift of all: a deeply devoted, faith-filled family who loved him fiercely even before his very first breath.
