🥵8AM. 90°+ YOUTH FOOTBALL 🏈

Hot, humid, sweaty Florida weather… and I’m still on the sideline making sure the moments get captured. 📷

Parents, if your athlete is putting in the work, make sure you’re documenting it. 🤙

And when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. ✝️

As a photographer, you never know what the next day will bring. One day you’re shooting engagements and portraits, the next you’re out of town covering a sports combine. 🏈📸🥰

If your client isn’t comfortable around you, the shoot will be… awkward. 😬

As a creative, it’s not just our job to show up with a camera and get the shot. We have to create an environment where people can relax, be themselves, laugh, move naturally, and trust our direction.

The best images usually happen when your client stops thinking about the camera.

That’s why at Provision Media, we care about the experience just as much as the final product.

I created my first photobook. 📖📸

Inside are some of the images that represent the beginning of my journey my first maternity session, first wedding, some of my very first photographs, and the work that helped shape the photographer I’m becoming.

Looking back at these images hits different when you’re still growing.

I can see the moments where I was figuring it out, experimenting, learning my camera, finding my style, and slowly developing my eye.

I’ve come a LONG way. And the best part? I’m still growing.

This little book reminded me why I fell in love with photography in the first place creating something that allows me to look back and actually see my progress.

Here’s to the photographer I was, the photographer I am, and the photographer I’m still becoming. 🤍

Come to work with me for a minute. This clip is me walking the client through the plan, setting the shots up, and getting everybody on the same page before we roll.

The final product is only part of the process.
Here’s a little look at what happens before we press record.
