REPs Football & Pro XD have worked together for some time now.

Helping showcase talented players & providing new pathways.

There's no rush to get into academies. Some players get their chance at 16... then 18 months later, they're playing first-team football.

Every players journey is different.

That's why it's important to continue opening new doors, no matter what age a player is.

Keep a look out later on today for information on how to be involved in the @micfootball International Youth Tournament!

THE MAESTRO TAKES HIS NEXT STEP 🎯⚽️

We’re delighted to see another PRO XD Academy graduate move into the senior game, with Christos Skioupi signing for Step 6 side NW London FC.

A composed and technically gifted midfielder, Christos has always shown confidence on the ball, an eye for a pass and the ability to dictate play from the middle of the pitch.

His move to NW London FC gives him the platform to continue developing those qualities while gaining valuable experience in a competitive senior environment.

Seeing our academy players earn opportunities beyond PRO XD is a huge part of what we are building. The journey doesn’t finish when they leave the academy — the next stage begins.

Congratulations, Christos. Time to make your mark. 🦁🎩⚽️

PLAYER PATHWAY 📈⚽️

We’re proud to see PRO XD Academy graduate Mohamed Abdi take the next step in his football journey, signing with Step 6 side NW London FC.

Mohamed’s progression is exactly what our player pathway is about — providing young players with the environment to develop, compete and prepare themselves for opportunities within the senior game.

From academy football to stepping into the senior game, this is another important stage in Mohamed’s development and a great example of the pathway we want to create for our players.

Congratulations, Mohamed. Keep working and keep progressing. 🦁
