•Today I woke up with the arts on my heart, thinking about the many talented young people in our city who are expressing themselves through music, dance, poetry, painting, and many other creative forms.

It reminded me how powerful the arts can be in bringing people together and giving young people a voice in their communities.

As we continue to grow our creative spaces, it is important that we make room for every young artist.

Talent exists in many forms, and every youth who carries a gift deserves the opportunity to be seen, heard, and supported.

When the arts are inclusive, they build confidence, strengthen communities and allow young people to share their stories and identities through creativity.

My hope is that our city @cityofbulawayo continues to embrace all young creatives and nurture their potential.

When we continue supporting one another and creating spaces for everyone’s talent, we build a vibrant arts community where every voice matters and every artist has a chance to grow.
