*Re-upload since previous pictures were kinda bad and I had forgotten to add Doom Annihilation to the display*

It has been far too long since I have posted an update to my ongoing Doom collection. I have decided to pass on a physical version of Dark Ages since it's little more than a download code in a box. If a later "complete" version is released, I will add it to the collection.

We FINALLY got our hands on a backwards compatible PS3! Pretty excited to show off our modest little Playstation collection and add PS3 BFG Edition to my ongoing Doom collection 🤘

Got a decent haul from @megareplaybloomington after trading in a ton of movies and a handful of games that @prsnmaam and I had kicking around for a bit. Pretty excited to finally give RE7 a shot, considering I'm way out of the loop on Ethan's story line. Also, wanted to grab Wailae as Prsnmaam and I have a soft spot for golf games and she's been wanting this one for a minute. Can't wait to see what Mega Replay has for us next (fingers crossed for a B.C. PS3 🤞)

What an awesome surprise to come home to. @prsnmaam really knows how to spoil the hell out of me (I guess she digs me ❤️)

Super stoked to add this to my ever increasing Doom collection and definitely can't wait to dive into this 🤘

Man, I really missed game hunting. @prsnmaam and I were stoked to hear @megareplaybloomington was reopening just down the street today and had to stop by. We managed to snag these games that have been on our wishlist for quite some time and scored $5 off for answering a trivia question correctly. Pretty awesome day 🤘

Man, this collection is really starting to become difficult to document, haha. I meant to post an update months ago, however @prsnmaam and I had recently moved across the country and I had unfortunately forgotten to post an update of my now MASSIVE Doom collection. As a result, I had tack on my Xmas Doom gifts at the end, those being a copy of "Masters of Doom" (fantastic read for ID fans, btw) and a set of kick ass Doom Xmas ornaments from the Bethesda store. My collection is looking better than ever and I am looking forward to what I can find next🤘

In honor of #nationalsuperheroday (I know I'm a day late) I would like to nominate @pam.ash.frickle to win the #a1upsuperhero giveaway. She's a big Marvel nerd and would love this pinball machine! by @prsnman

With the release of the new Mortal Kombat movie, it's about time I show off my MK collection. My earliest gaming memory is playing the first MK with my dad on his Genesis and to this day it is one of my favorite franchise. Mortal Kombat has always been very important to me and I've loved every era of the franchise (retro, 3D, and modern) and, yes, I love the original movies as well. Oh, and if you were curious my favorites are UMK3, Deception, and 9 and Kung Lao is my main. I'm really happy to say that I enjoyed the new film! Sure it has its little problems, but I'm excited for what the future holds for the films!

Merry late Christmas to us! Early this morning, @prsnmaam decided on a whim to check if our local Target had any Series Xs available. Sure as hell, they happened to have 3 in! She woke me up in a panic to tell me and immediately snagged one for us. As an almost 20 year fan of Xbox, it was frustrating to not be able to grab a Series X at launch. It was made even worse that every attempt since launch ended in failure. But now, we finally have one! And @sebastian.stan.lee seemed very curious about it too. AHHHH! I can't wait to play Doom, Cyberpunk, and Halo on this!!!

With all the craziness of the holiday weekend, I forgot to post the gaming related gifts that @prsnmaam gave me this year. Being incredibly impatient, she gave me some of these gifts as early as late September, haha. While I love all of these gifts the big standouts are the kick ass Doom jacket, Doom on VHS, Mario Kart Home Circuit (w/ Luigi), and the utterly ridiculous, yet amazing Mr. Pebbles touch lamp. Thank you for these amazing (and really bizarre) gifts ❤

Earlier this week @prsnmaam decided to give me an early Xmas present (as she often does...brat haha) and it's a VHS copy of the Doom movie! I've said it a hundred times, but I really like this movie. Sure, it's not a very good "Doom movie," but it has solid action, a kickass soundtrack, effects that still hold up (thanks to using mostly practical SFX), and an awesome cast with an early film career appearance of @__.therock_ . I love seeing how jacked The Rock is in this movie, then comparing how completely STACKED he is currently. It's crazy! Haha.

Now, I'm still holding out hope of coming across a theater, movie reel copy of this movie for my ever growing Doom collection. I'm sure Universal has it somewhere, I just have to track it down. Plus, I'm now hearing word of a red VHS copy of this movie out in the world, I have to keep my eyes open for that one.
