1 hour of meditation timelapsed.

"Strenghtening of Divine Powers"

A fifth excercise of Falun Dafa.
Very strong and powerful meditation. Not so easy in the beggining, but diligence pays off.
Incredible feeling and energy boost afterward.

Mind clears up and energy channels just open up and runs freely. That feeling is amazing. 🙏

Suggest everyone to try.

At the end of session this trick squeezed in. Actually not so hard. But still some place to improve execution for next time 🙌🙏 @themskateseurope @themskates @mansvardsirkristofers

"Temper and See"

"The Way of Tea to remember clarity.
To be clear is to reduce.
To reduce is to let go.
To let go to is to see oneself.
To see oneself is to realize ones true nature.
To realize ones true nature is to become one with the Dao.
To become one with the Dao is to ascend."

Dont let confusion slow your steps. Reduce to gain.
