✈️ Today on Dining with The Davids, we discovered a hidden gem tucked inside @bouschetps Bouschet in Palm Springs — PS Air Bar, @psairbar a speakeasy-style lounge where vintage aviation meets fabulous food and flair.

We brought 11 of our Taste Buds to sample their best bites, and these were the ✨ first-class favorites:

🥇 Appetizer: Artichoke Bruschetta — warm crostini topped with artichoke hearts, onions, and melted cheese.
🍕 Main Course: PS Air Pizza — fig jam, prosciutto, manchego, goat cheese & pickled onions on a crispy flatbread.
🍰 Dessert: Jet Fuel Martini Cheesecake — paired with a Ghirardelli brownie, salted caramel gelato, sea salt ganache & candied pecans.

This place is as Instagrammable as it is delicious — perfect for bachelorette parties, private events, or a unique night out. Bonus? They’ve got karaoke nights and Sunday brunch too! 🎤🍳

Have you flown PS Air yet? ✈️
