Most of my photos these days are of receipts but did see the Schiaparelli exhibition at the V&A which honestly what have we even been doing for the last 100 years? Also made me realize that while I have some respect for the new House approach of making big fuck you to fast fashion, statement pieces they don’t hold a flame to the originals. Where is the dialogue with artists shaping contemporary thought? I also think shillouetes of the new work owe more to rei than Elsa. Yes to fashion in dialogue with art, no to fashion as statement? I also saw Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma which is a whole other thing. by @psgeddis

Up until last week my reference point for Chicago was the 90s cartoon Biker Mice From Mars. Turns out it was pretty accurate. Great hangs with the @infamouspr team at @arcmusicfestival. Special mention to the @tenasheeproject show at @outset_chicago, putting the world to wrong with @babyballs, Eris Drew and Octo Octa shutting down Smart Bar and meeting the🐐 dj slugo. As always it’s the people that make it happen. Thanks for the invite and the hospitality @maxfieldfrieser by @psgeddis
