🤫 I bet you don't know this... ⠀ You must be ✨ excited ✨ for this new year and all the great things is going to happen to you. ⠀ And probably... you already saw a lot of pages talking about their "intentions" for the year or a lot of "vision boards" on Pinterest. Am I right? ☺️ ⠀ You feel motivated but don't know HOW TO START 😔 ⠀ ✨I GOTCHU ✨ ⠀ 1️⃣ What's a vision board? Is collage of photos and phrases (that you can google or look for on Pinterest) 👀 that portrait your GOALS FOR THIS 2023. ⠀ 2️⃣ How can YOU DO IT? 🔹Start by dividing it into the MAIN AREAS of your life (this depends on you... it can be: physical health, mental health, career $ & relationship). ⠀ 🔹 Write 3-5 goals for each of those areas (for example: weight lost, travel... YOU CHOOSE, but remember each goal have to be realistic). ⠀ 🔹 Search images you like about all of those goals (you can include quotes that inspires you to persist each goal or one you consider more important). ⠀ ✨Put all of them together & voilà ✨ ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- ⠀ LET YOUR IMAGINATION FLY ✨ Do you need help planning your goals for the year? 👀 How to know if you have anxiety? ⠀ ✨ By going to a specialist ☺️ ✨ ⠀ 🔹Self diagnosis can do more harm than good. ⠀ 🔹It leads you to jump into conclusions that can be far from the reality. ⠀ 🔹Even knowing that... many people prefer to google the symptoms or signs and avoid consulting to a professional. ⠀ 🔹A study from the PEW RESEARCH CENTER found that only around half of people that look online for information tell their doctors about it ‼️ ⠀ 🙃🏃‍♀️ ⠀ 🔹 Reaching a diagnosis can be a complex process (symptoms can be associated with a lot of mental illnesses). ⠀ ⠀ SO PLEASE 👉 DO 👉 NOT 👉 GOOGLE 👉 YOUR 👉 SYMPTOMS/SIGNS To try to figure out if you have a mental or medical condition. ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- Have you visited a psychologist before? 👀 Have you ever draw a mandala? ⠀ 🔹Mandala drawing was first practiced by Tibetan buddhists and then developed to reduce psychological stress by Carl Gustav Jung. ⠀ 🔹At the beginning, he used the mandala for this own personal growth and then, recommended it as a therapeutic intervention to promote psychological health ⠀ 🔹He perceived that drawing mandalas has a calming effect on his patients while facilitating their processing of thoughts and emotion. ⠀ 🔹Today in health care, mandala arts are widely used as a healing tool to treat: ⠀ 👉 People suffering with terminal illness like cancer, undergoing chemotherapy and radiation therapy 👉 People with depression 👉 People with post-traumatic stress disorder 👉 To help people deal with grief 👉 To help people deal substance abuse and addiction. 👉 To help individuals with a speech problem, restricted social contact, 👉 To help children create their art and experience a relaxing time. ⠀ 🔹He said that a mandala art symbolizes “a safe refuge of inner reconciliation and wholeness”. ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- Would you give it a try after seeing it’s benefits? 🤟🏻 LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND 🤟🏻 ⠀ 🔹Today, we celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities ⠀ 🔹And we raise awareness about how often, in moments of crisis, people in vulnerable situations such as persons with disabilities are the most excluded and left behind. ⠀ 🔹That’s why it is crucial for governments, public and private sectors to collaboratively find innovative solutions for and with persons with disabilities to make the world a more accessible and equitable place. ⠀ ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- 👉 Share this reels so more people can understand what BEING AN ALLY really is. ---------------------------------------------------- #psicoeduca #psychologytoday #psychology101 #psychologyfacts #psychologyfeed #psychologyclub #psychologytime #psychologycheck #humanbeing #healthcareprofessional #psychologycounseling #mentalhealthisimportant #mentalhealthaeareness #fightstigma #speakyourself #loveyourself #standstrong #wellnessjourney #mentalfitness #dontbottleupyouremotions #psychologytips #psychologyapproach #psychologyadvice #humanrights #namjooning #whatstoday #internationalday #celebrate #peru by @psicoeducaenlinea
‼️YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS. ⠀ First, let me be clear: ⠀ 👉 Not all of them appear on the K-drama Nevertheless (Aún así) ⠀ But, definitely, this one show us WHAT KIND OF BUTTERFLIES WE SHOULD AVOID. ⠀ 🔹Narcissism: ⠀ Narcissists cannot commit and are good at showing fake emotions or using “guilt trip” to demand attention or get what they want. ⠀ This 🚩 right here is hand to hand with: ⠀ 🔹Manipulation and lack of emotional intelligence: ⠀ People with a low level of emotional intelligence are unable to pick up on your feelings or empathize with you. ⠀ The male lead (Jae-eon) is usually reusing his flirtatious moves on several women, lying about meeting them and feeling jealous and possessive over them when they meet other men. ⠀ 🔹Codependency: ⠀ In this case, we can assume that both of them are neglected children, which heightens the sense of 👉 feeling unwanted or unworthy as an individual 👉 that leads each one to seek love and attention in the wrong places (Jae-eon flirting with a lot of women and Nabi wanting a romantic relationship with an emotional unavailable man). ⠀ ➡️ Unfortunately, like we saw in this drama… some people start to accept red flags as a “part of the package” rather than warning signals. ⠀ ➡️ But I hope that this analysis helped you to learn a little bit what they look like and why they are harmful. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ⠀ ---------------------------------------------------- 👉 Do you thinks there is another red flag in this show? I know isn’t always easy, but… ⠀ self-care is the best way to be productive because you're giving yourself the resources and energy to do your best work. ⠀ 🆘 I understand that sometimes it feels like there isn’t enough time in the day for everything we need to do ⠀ 🆘 Or that, for some people, it can be overwhelming watching all these videos about 100 things to take care of themselves. ⠀ ‼️THE TRUTH IS YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ALL OF THEM‼️ ⠀ Just dedicate at least 10 minutes a day to do something to take care of your mind or your body. ⠀ 👉 It can be something easy like getting outside for some fresh air or even watching an episode of your favorite show. ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- ⠀ Do you have any habit that helps you feel ✨GOOD✨? 🚫STOP believing that… ⠀ our differences make us superior or inferior to one another. ⠀ Last week we celebrated International day for TOLERANCE. ⠀ But…
What is tolerance exactly? ⠀ ➡️ ”Tolerance is respect, acceptance and appreciation of the rich diversity of our world's cultures, our forms of expression and ways of being human." - UNESCO ⠀ That being said… ⠀ I wanna remember you WHY INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR TOLERANCE IS IMPORTANT: ⠀ 👉It's educational Is a great resource to help learn about how to be a more tolerant person but also the intolerances that may still be happening around the world. ⠀ 👉It brings us together Is a day to celebrate the differences between cultures and creeds and appreciate what they bring to our lives. ⠀ 👉It reminds us it’s a constant effort Although great strides have been made, more work needs to be done to eradicate intolerance throughout the world. ⠀ ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ---------------------------------------------------- ⠀ 💪YOU PLAY AN ACTIVE ROLE IN THE ELIMINATION OF INTOLERANCE. ✨ If you’re someone who battles with taking a rest... take a mindful break with me. ⠀ 🔹Close your eyes and take a deep breath in. ⠀ 🔹Then breathe out and let go of all the day's worries, anxieties and stresses. ⠀ 🔹Take a few moments to focus on the sensation of air moving in and through your nose, moving in and out of your lungs. ⠀ 🔹Feel the muscles in your chest expand as you inhale deeply, then relax as you exhale slowly and completely. ⠀ 🔹Now bring your attention to the sensations in your body that are present right now: ⠀ Are you sitting upright? ⠀ What does that feel like? ⠀ How does it feel when you move? ⠀ What do your feet feel like on the ground? ⠀ Do they feel cold or warm? ⠀ Is there any pressure where they rest on the floor? ⠀ Is there any tension anywhere else in your body right now? ⠀ 🔹You can use this time to simply notice what's happening without judgment or interpretation… ⠀ 🔹and let yourself enjoy being present with yourself. ⠀ @psicoeducaenlinea ⠀ ---------------------------------------------------- ⠀ 👉 If you want to book a free session, go to the LINK ON BIO! ⠀ ---------------------------------------------------- ⠀ #psicoeduca #brainexercise #psychologytoday #psychology101 #psychologyfacts #psychologyfeed #psychologyclub #psychologytime #psychologycheck #healthcareprofessional #psychologycounseling #mentalhealthisimportant #mentalhealthaeareness #fightstigma #speakyourself #loveyourself #standstrong #wellnessjourney #mentalfitness #dontbottleupyouremotions #psychologytips #psychologyapproach #selfcaretips #mindfullnes #trainyourmind #mindpower #psychologyadvice #girlpower #womenrights #peru by @psicoeducaenlinea
