Artist Spotlight

PsiloPsyber

Tyler, AKA PsiloPsyber is a Dance/Electronic DJ from Salt Lake City, UT. PsiloPsyber, whose

name is a play on the symbiosis between Psychedelia, Cyberspace and Psilocybin, the

psychoactive compound in magic mushrooms, is a lifelong lover of music made with computers.

Specializing in Psychedelic Trance, you’ll still catch him spinning multiple genres for diverse

venues and crowds. House, Techno, DNB, and a particular taste for Hardstyle and Happy

Hardcore are in his repertoire as well. Early on, Tyler loved Euro Dance and Hands-Up style

tracks popular through the 90s and early 2000s. In 2009, he discovered Psytrance and the SLC

rave and underground DJ scene. He knew then he wanted to be the conductor of that sacred

and ancient ritual of rhythmic nocturnal dancing. These ceremonies bring individuals together,

synchronizing their life rhythms with the beating of the drums, providing a harmony, binding

people together in unity. With many years on the decks, the last two years PsiloPsyber has

been booked to play multiple bars and clubs, special events, underground raves and house

parties in Salt Lake and the surrounding areas. PsiloPsyber is proud to be sharing music and

collaborating with incredible people in this beautiful culture.
